People still watching it, I have a strong admiration for you. You remind me of my bff who will watch anything she started because she just can't drop. My hero. RIP your soul tho.
I'm not even surprised there are 20 episodes. From what I remember of the 5 episodes I watched, it was dragging soooooo much I kept on thinking if they cut all of theses loooooong silences between each word of a sentence, the loooooong starings, the loooong nothing, one episode would be 15 minutes. It takes time to have all of this nothingness.
the subtitles are so bad omg is there a uncut version ? or can i just watch it on yt
The yt version is cut, the uncut is a bit longer (it was just some kisses on the last episode tho). Sadly, the subtitles are the same on both versions.
Suppalo high school has a lot in its hands right now, with ghosts and curses and everything, right?
Ok, joke aside, I really liked the first 2 episodes. I'm already invested in this family's story, because I'm not sure they are still there "only" because of Kevin, there is something sus here. I'm also always wrong so, whatever lol And on the BL side, Kevin and Pluem are cute together (sorry, I mean "Handsome Gardener"). Their flirting is... quite unique and awkward 🤣
I wonder how long it'll take to Kevin to learn about the "rumors" cause at this point, he's the only one who knows nothing. Even strangers know the whole family is dead. And talking about it, who goes into a home if they can see people are still living there?
Okay, I won't ask too many questions now, it's only the 2nd episode.
Hmm I’m sure I saw all the issues handled. Jimmy being harassed was handled by by the one and only queen auntie…
And I don't see it the same way than you do and I'm not satisfied with the resolution of their problems. Because I don't see all of these as a closure at all, I can see the problems coming back to them (I won't go in details because it's been a month, I watched other things since Papa & Daddy and forgot, like, all of my issues). And it's FINE. We don't all see the same things and we don't interpret them the same way because we don't have the same life experiences. No big deal, like, at all. Me being unhappy with it doesn't mean your pov is wrong or the serie was bad. And you don't agreeing with me doesn't mean I'm wrong either. We just have a different view 😁
Shitpost referring to my previous shitpost because I can't be serious for more than 2 minutes even with my current favorite show 🤣 (I actually am way too serious and analytical about it but well...)
I just remembered two BL clichés from the gmmtv checklist we didn't see yet (or I don't remember): The "I help you blow-dry your hair because it's such a difficult task" The "let's wear matching hand-crafted jewelry from now on so we won't forget we are boyfriends" (might end up being the matching clothes, who knows...)
They still have a lot of tropes and clichés to feed us. Let's stay tuned until next Friday.
You know the feeling when you want it to be November yet, but at the same time you don't because in November there is your birthday and you're a millennial getting closer and closer to your 40s, but somehow you feel you're still 22 so the math is not mathing 🤣
Last week the complaint was about there was too much back and forth with Akk and Ayan, that Akk kept on reverting…
I agree with you. I mean, I get why people might find it repetitive and slow, I just don't see it like that at all. On a psychological pov, there is a lot of development. Akk is not the same as he was in episode 1, he seems so tired of Chadok and everything and I feel a lot for everything he's going through, it's not an 18 years old kid's job to do all of this. Ayan seems more vulnerable now we know about his anxiety and MDD. Love doesn't cure mental illness and I'm really worried for this kid. Even for Kan and Thua I can see a development (and something off). The curse subplot actually went further. We saw Chadok himself is pressured, and someone is taking over Akk's job.
I know, I just repeat everything you just said haha But really, every episode makes me think a lot. I joke around about tropes and gay panic and such but there is a lot of things to say about this drama. It's awesome.
You know, it's funny how interpretations work, because many people are after Akk, saying he's egoistic and everything, and they don't like him, and I get that. But also, I'm under the impression Akk has never done anything for himself. He wants to makes his parents happy, be a good student for them, have his scholarship because maybe his parents cannot pay for university or maybe he doesn't want them to pay for him. Like, he puts a lot of pressure on himself to be the perfect son and perfect student and Ayan represents something (someone) he wants for himself, like his true desire for once in his life, but it also me5an he might lose everything, disappoint everyone. Seriously, wake up, kiddo, it's your own life, nobody else will live it. Go get your man.

Thank you! 🤣
The episodes are way too short. Even when I take a break and walk my dog it's like it's over in 5 minutes. I'm sad.
