When Fanlu first found out she was pregnant, she was 6 weeks along (1.5 months), then fast forward to when Lei Yuzheng gets out of prison (8 months sentence), she should be 9.5 months, about to give birth any moment. But somehow she miscarries?! It doesn't even make sense!! You don't just ouch and boom the baby is gone when you are supposedly that far along.

It is a heart illness that only Yuzheng can fix (love).

The only time jump I can think of is when Fan Lu’s father mentions that Xiang Yuan has been treating you pretty well “these past months” you should go with him back to see his mother for the New Years. I am guessing this is after the marriage(when Yu Zheng first went to prison). This is around ep 23-24.

At the end of ep 21, he mocks her saying that she must be so mind-blown to see someone like him (all high and mighty) end up on this state. After Xiao Su leaves, he tells Qun Fei, why did you have to force me to say such mean things?

I agree with you. The conversation XS and YZ had after the engagement, the dubbing was off. The two were clearly saying different things if you read their lips. It happened before in episode 14 too, before in the 2017 trailer LYZ said "Do you have any shame?!," but in the episode itself, he says "I am so disappointed in you!"

No, they aren't. The first ten episodes are following but afterwards, it isn't. As the drama has not finished airing, it is unsure how it will end.

In the original novel, the male lead rapes the female lead. The female lead gets pregnant, and the ML does not want her to abort it. He proposes that if she gives birth to the child, he will never see her again. The female lead does not love Yuzheng, she has only ever loved Zhenrong. It's written by Fei Wo Si Cun, who is known for her heartbreaking stories, such as Goodbye My Princess, the original novel is pretty heartbreaking.
