The writing of episodes 19 and 20 have gone pear shaped! 😭😭😭So unnecessary tbh. I hope it will improve and back on track with next few episodes.

Person Wang Cheng Si
I love his acting! I literally cracked up laughing at the scene where he dressed up as a maid in A Dream Within A Dream. The whole scene was just comedy gold 😂 He is also great in The Prisoner Of Beauty.

Started strong from episode 1-4, episode 5 was ok and episode 6 was meh 🫤 Really hope it will get better again from episode 7 because I have such high hope for it.

This drama was a great watch for me. I didn’t mind the ending. Very well adapted. The whole cast did a great job and had very nice chemistry between all of them. Looking forward to the third instalment now.

It was a great watch for me. Fun and cute with sweet chemistry between leads. So many lovely moments, especially with the last few episodes. Supporting cast were awesome too. Really liked the ending. Solid drama overall ❄️

I hear what you are saying but there is a huge difference between Western and Asian culture. I am definitely not claiming to be an expert lol, however I am fortunate to have experienced both and I can see it from both perspectives. I don’t necessarily agreed with how the parents spoke to Chong, especially the mother because there is a more polite way of getting their points across without making him feels uncomfortable, but I can understand the Dad’s concerns about his career after he can no longer teaches. I think Chong understood that too and he admitted he didn’t think it through. Western culture is about freedom of choice, as long as you are happy and passionate about it then go for it. Also certain occupations are more prestigious in Asian culture. I think both cultures have its own merits, depending on the individual’s experience.
