This drama should have been titled “The Battle of Wits for Supremacy” cos whuuuuuuuttt!


No unnecessary SFM or SML syndrome with us nose in the MC business, and I love Huang C. straightforwardness.

So far, I love how this drama is proceeding but I’m rather scared for the end. It’s either going to be fast paced or messed up at the end because we have so many things to unravel - BFX identity, Beizhou & Shanzou (no one talks about them), the imperial palace, YWY identity, Huang Chao ambition, Feng Ju and his smelly father’s doom, HFX and BFX ending.

Can 10 episodes really do justice to them all? I hope this drama is extended to at least 50eps. It’s worth it.

Also, I think the only villain in this drama is LORD OF YONGZHOU, if you watch carefully, you’ll notice everyone is conspiring to better their states but he’s the only despicable father & YWY - who really is just trying to live longer than the cursed 30!

I don’t hate Feng Ju one bit, he’s worthy of being a mini villain, lol.

Damn! Poor Huang Chao who thinks he has everything figured out, he will have his ass and eyes pumped soon - I look forward to that.

The silly man is so power driven that he will allow his Queen Baili maltreat his son. That’s despicable.

I was so bitter, no ounce of pity for the poor boy. I really hope that isn’t how the ancient kings lived no regard for the lives of their children in order to maintain power.

I wanted to skip that part where he was being beaten but I didn’t cos I wanted to hate the king. He’s the only villain here. Feng Ju isn’t so bad.

Am I the only one who feels she doesn’t really know who she is (perhaps amnesiac), she looks too innocent to catch on his little hints, I’m just happy she’s Feng Xiyun (at least dramatist tells us that)
