I was expecting a kinda unique plot with a balance of good subplots but it ended up being gastric inducing cold tea that's been sitting for too long and should have been thrown away. How could the writer start at such a high level and end it so tragically crashing into what I'd call the lowest of the lows of a writer's career, this is even worse that all cliches combined. Maybe I had too high expectations. It left so many unanswered questions too. Wasted my time on this one
This show had so much potential with the great cast too but no characters and storylines were fully explored we just got the required background info of the characters but could not fully connect to the characters on a deeper level. *Why did Na Yi Sol's family grow astray even before the death of the mom? *Why was the mom depressed? *There was nothing that Boo Ro Woon really did but he was shown as some bid threat. *We didn't see Dae Hee's father being punished *Why did Dae Hee and Yi Soo have a fall ot of their friendship *Did his father hurt him that made him unable to play baseball anymore? *The ending scene must have shown Dae Hee finally living for himself as well. *Na Yi soo's father not calling his chief mourner his son for the funeral didn't make sense if he really did love him *Eun Bin's family dynamics was never shown *What happened to Sera ? * Was Teacher Yoo killed just because he tried expose that Na Jun asked him to sabotage Batang that's just superficial there must have been other secrets he knew! If so what were they?
There was no marketing for the show at all if it had some like the other Wavve project WEAK HERO CLASS ONE it would have better reviews tbh. Honestly I was super excited as they had Weak Hero so I thought this one will be good as well but i was disappointed despite it having one of my favourite actors' playing Yi Soo I think if this show was a usual 1 hour TV broadcast one instead of a web series it would have used all the storylines well and easily made a 9/10 but the story felt incomplete in a lot of sense which I kind off guessed in the last week as 2 episodes of a total run time of 1 hr can't possibly tie all the loose plotlines. Over all a good effort on a limited budget but it has to stand at a 6.5/10 for me
for what i know the romance was between the boys before the body swap
And that it still is. The shooting ended before they removed the tag so obviously it's still bromance coded and it's probably represented by the unusual friendship tag
This week was wholesome but I'm super scared of YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE FUTURE hypothesis. I think the Ring somehow becomes a butterfly effect, a time loop if you may so that there is tangible changes created in the timeline as ain't no way that there's 2 family heirloom existing when there's no Ulterior motive behind it. Also, it's the bonding strong of Dahee and Gwiju so hopefully it saves him too. I want to know what Hong asked Noh to do as it seemed like he wasn't willing to fulfill that maybe she planned a real accident but hopefully she turns a new leaf as she seemed genuinely sad when the news of Dahee demise was spread
It's not bromance yet, they grow together as in Se Kyung learns what led to Yi Heon threaten him and he realises that their situations are pretty similar. Se Kyung learns that Yi Heon is alive somewhere and that Deuk pal is in the body now so he learns to protect himself from his dad with his help. Right now it's dear and trauma driving him to act that way but once he starts to heal he'll become a cutie pie always there to support Yi Heon / Deuk pal
So original Deuk pal is dead and gone right? The rival gang along with his own boss killed him and now he will set the life of Se Kyung and the yi heon right and leave this world right ? Novel readers I need spoilers? Deuk Pal willnever return right?
