it was announced AFTER this review that there would be a second season. Many shows have left 'hanging endings/plots' and not gotten the green light for another season. A LOT. So it's not a given that there will be a second season ever. But yeah, I have no interest in continuing.

I was actually happy to see them together when technically the grandfather died in game. I do wish we would have seen Yao and Fuyi though because it felt weird to give screen time to one important character and not the other two. I even went back and re-watched to see if I missed them but nope.

it's definitely a happy ending.
