I don't see the merit for a season 2. It seems like pretty much everything that needed to be resolved was resolved. There's no real like loose ends to this story that would be a big enough reason for a season 2. However, it was well received, had an open-ish ending... There's always that hope xD
I feel like they already killed off some really strong singers... I believe it was Episode 2 when the first 2 singer were really, really great and they both got wrecked. Unbelievable.
This season of the show really seems quite bad. I am not sure what the judges are looking for nor am I convinced by the constant "rap" "rap" "rap" stuff I'm seeing. Most of them suck to be honest.
The bracelet. The bracelet is the key to the ending we've been presented here.
If we look at a lot of the scenes that show the inner world of the bracelet, we see that there are lots of plants in bubbles that are in prime form floating around regardless of the fact that they've long been plucked from their roots and should be dead.
One can surmise that the bracelet's magical ability isn't simply to be a storage unit. Rather it has the ability to maintain life itself via the magic bubbles or some other ability.
At the end, Gu Qishao says that Long Feiye cannot see her body. This is probably because after she gave her heart's blood, she stored herself in the bracelet and then recovered using the bracelet's ability to keep things alive. No one else has access to the bracelet's inner world as it is almost definitely soulbound to Han Yunxi via the blood she spat on it early in the show.
Once she recovered, she left the bracelet, settled down in the area we saw her at during the ending of the show. I'm not sure why she didn't go to find Long Feiye and instead chose to become a hermit. Maybe she just wanted him to move on? I'm not really sure. It's definitely a very questionable ending because viewers simply aren't equipped to accept it nor are they ready for it.
The ending made me drop the rating of the show from 8.5/10 to 8/10.
I just notice the ost in here are actually good and is it too early to say that I’m sold. This show is legit…
OST is the Chinese version of "Dream it possible", the brand theme song for Huawei. :D It's pretty awesome, and since I have a Huawei phone, the original English version is automatically on my phone to be used as a ringtone xD

Welp, will just have to see where this goes.
