Now I think it could be that Yeojin is the biological mum who had a first love and got pregnant and was told by her family that the baby died at birth. Such scenarios are very common in kdramas. 😄 Either Sungho or Yeojin is Hana's biological dad or mum.

I agree with you 💯 He idolised Hana as an older sister. He was the oldest so it was good to have an older sibling to look up to. That was all there was to it. It would too complicated to have Jiseok in love with Hana - his adoptive older sister. There are already many unresolved issues in this drama.
