My guess - Stella is the one in the phone. Because Stella and Lucia are planning to let Seri know she is being scammed. Thankfully, I don't think they are going to play the fake mother. Because if Lucia played the fake mother card, Gyeongchae will go ballistic as she is not going to let another woman be her daughter's 'mother'.
So Lucia will play the loving and caring stepmother's role not fake mother's role.
Chairman and Gyeongchae have made a deal to not mention their respective love interests.

I am not speaking up for Gyeongchae but stating facts. If Seolhui has stopped pursuing the beating incident of Miso, Miso could very well be alive today. Seolhui kept making empty promises to Miso that she would seek justice for her. She relentlessly pursued the matter with the police, with Gyeongchae and finally with Chairman. That was when Chairman knew about Seri's incident and then pressurized Gyeongchae to crush them until they could not longer stand up.
