Now Lucia could step back, push her away and insist that she is not Seolhui and that she has never met Yeonha before. That she must have looked like Yeonha's friend or sister or whatever. I really cannot imagine how else Lucia could get out of that situation.
In this way, Lucia not only saved her own skin but that of Yeonha too.
We are only at episode 32 out of 120. It is early days yet so Seolhui's mask as Lucia cannot possibly be removed soon otherwise how would the story continue up to episode 120.

I can't even use the word altruism because the Mins are so wealthy that they do not need Yeonha's assistance of any sort except cooking them delicious home-cooked food. Yeonha's refusal to accept payment for the food makes no sense unless Yeohna were wealthier than the Mins. 😆

Because this is makjang drama. Makjang dramas do not happen in real life. Exaggerating incidents and behaviour or Senseless behaviour is commonplace in makjang in dramas. For example, the Mins should have a good cook in their payroll. Senseless for Manager Gong to get Yeonha to cook and deliver food, all the way to their dining table.
A commenter in makjang drama Cinderella Game explained clearly what makjang means in the Comments Page. That's how I learnt about makjang.

My opinion is that Yeonha did not know the Mins were the ones who cause Miso to take own life because it would complicate Lucia's revenge. Especially now that she handed Manager Gong the missing person poster of Seolhui.
Gyeongchae is aware now that Lucia is getting too close to her father, then her alarm rings should be ringing.
Now Lucia is an enemy and a potential barrier to her becoming the heiress of Mingang Distribution.
Why is Gyeongchae not using deadly methods to get rid of Lucia like how she almost got rid of Seolhui, four years go? She is not a newbie to using such methods to remove undesirable elements in her life. WTOD or whatnot...
But she is only issuing verbal warnings to Lucia???
For Stella to send Seolhui into the lions' den is indeed manipulative and selfish of her while she sits in comfort and sips tea in the hotel suite.

This stranger may have poor hygiene standards or worse, added bad stuff into the food, and then this tainted food is served to her beloved Chairman and his brood. Sigh!
House Manager Gong has broken the house rules by telling this stranger that Chairman was injured, left the hospital secretly and is found at another hospital.
