One of the best things this show has to offer is Gwang Nam's storyline. That funeral scene was so heartbreaking, I cried as I also experienced that as a gay person living in an Asian household. I can feel his pain of being the son and wanting to satisfy your families wishes but you can't and the fact he hasn't came out to his family yet is also heartbreaking. I hope Gwang Nam gets a caring boyfriend that will treat him right. The female lead I also really like, something about her makes me happy. The ML is cute and kind, but I haven't grown attached to him as of the moment and the SML ..... wow that was just such a downgrade. "Free love is better than to be gay" like dude really?
So far, The FL and Gwang Nam are the ones making me finish this, I want to see the development of their storylines.
People here arguing who the FL will end up with and I am here excited for Gwang Nam's future love interest, if he has one. PLEASE WRITER-NIM GIVE GWANG NAM A LOVE LINE <3
I will always love these two actors Jaechan and Seoham especially Jaechan. Jaechan advocates and is always openly proud of his work. He always educates people that he meets about BL and more. They deserve all the hype and recognition. They also are nominated for Best Couple in APAN 2022, I think. SO CONGRATS TO THEM <3 Our ParkPark couple. I hope after Seoham finishes his military service him and Jaechan will have another project together.
Sigh I was excited for this drama then i knew about the some stuff in it, now even non-western media is not safe,…
Asian media has shown countless of popular LGBTQ+ shows. In China, one of the most popular shows came from a BL novel, "The Untamed". In Thailand, one of their popular shows are BL (I Told Sunset About You and 2gether). In the Philippines, they are countless of LGBTQ+ films and shows that became popular (Gaya sa Pelikula). LGBTQ+ representation is not just a western thing, asian media has already shown amazing representation. Right now one of the most popular shows in South Korea is SEMANTIC ERROR, a BL show starring Jaechan and Seoham. I think you should broaden your horizon, it's 2022 and you're still stuck with a mindset from the 50s. Also, it's quite realistic that the female lead has a gay bestfriend, because they are countless of women that do have gay close friends.
That was probably one of the best NC scene I've seen in a BL this year (my opinion). Kudos to Boss and Noeul. I haven't seen any of MAME's previous works and I am not planning to but I do like Love In The Air, it's silly, hot and entertaining.
Go Kyung Pyo is attractive, already had a crush on him on Reply 1988 and now he became more handsome. Also, this is my first time seeing this actor, Kim Jae Young and he is really handsome as well he fits the bad boy archetype. Park Min Young still gorgeous as ever.
Great first episode, I like that Kdramas are now starting to add more prominent LGBT characters. Gwang Nam did everything to make his parents proud of him, like doing and succeeding in sports but because he was gay he felt his parents would be disappointed. It's quite sad and just frustrating. It's hard being gay in an asian household. But thankfully, him and Sang Eun became the best of friends. Sang Eun is likable from the get go. I hope Gwang Nam has his own love storyline.
Hi guys please vote for our Park Park couple as best couple in this year's APAN awards. They are leading with a huge gap. Park Seo Ham also is nominated for best new actor and Jaechan for popularity actor. Download idolchamp and vote there.
