Title The Call
I could've rated this 10 stars but because of that frustrating mid-credit scene I bumped down my score to 9.5, the rest of the movie except for the mid-credit scene was really amazing though, Park Shin Hye and Jeon Jong Seo acted the hell out of this movie both were just spectacular.

What? How is she stupid? She's so far the most smart character.

This drama perfectly captured the 90s aesthetic with it's scenery, clothing and many more. The story is simple and easy to follow, some storylines were deep and I love that they explained the IMF crisis which also affected my country back in the 90s. The five main characters were great, Na Hee Do is such a ball of energy that will make you smile even sometimes cry, Kim Tae Ri puts on an authentic performance as a naive yet driven high school girl. Nam Joo Hyuk as Back Yi Jin was sentimental and heart aching seeing his character go from top to bottom and then to the top again was heartwarming. Bona as Yurim was really good but I did not really care about her relationship with Ji Woong that much. Ji Woong was great and he is boyfriend material, but I will say this though I like Yurim and Jiwoong as individual characters but as a couple Nope they were boring in my opinion. Seung Wan, that's a queen right here. She's like me in my friendship circle. I absolute love her storyline in Ep 13 where stood her ground and will never say sorry to the abusive teacher, that was a powerful moment. Overall, a nice drama not the best slice of life/character driven story out there but still you can watch with a smile on your face or even cry.
