They mashed 60 plus episodes in just 5 episodes and they got away with it, the story was coherent and they didn't fumble it. Even so, it could've been better, because the show was so short the characters were paper thin and I couldn't really care about them that much which is a shame, because the parent story was amazing on this regard. Overall a decent show, candy to the eyes, the visual and ost were amazing, the acting was ok, the only thing that I really wanted was for show to be a tad longer.
I found the 2nd movie better overall, but this had its charm especially since it paved the way towards the 4th one and it will be a blast, if it will follow the source material.
I finished it!! It took me some time to be honest, about a month or so, I didn't think it would take me so much because I eat these zombie shows on bread for breakfast, but this was one was hard to chew and swallow. I suspected that this will be another ' sweet home' and I wasn't to far with my guess. All in all, the only thing that this got right was the acting and the OST. The story was subpar, the chemistry was there, but it didn't feel right most of the times, the direction of the action scenes were mostly stupid. Here ends my ranting, I just had to say my piece.
completely agree with you! I read your comment before starting to watch this drama! but even though thought to…
High rated shows are just traps that await their victims, and as usual people like you and me fall for them all the time. It's to bad that we waste our precious time with them, and time is a resource that we can't find anywhere.
And this is how you make a good adaptation, not the famous DBZ, looking at you as well Bleach, even if it was mildly acceptable, of course let's not forget about attack on titan, and I know that Witcher isn't an adaptation of an anime/manga, but if those bird brains of a producers watched this show, take some lessons, this is how you do it, make new people who don't know jack about the world and people who already love this series, myself included here, enjoy your work, with dedication and respect for the source material. Of course this wasn't perfect by any means, but it was perfect for me and I loved every minute of it. This, Kenshin and Alice in Borderland , are the best adaptations of an anime/manga so far.
I dont agree with no chemistry. They are grown up woman and Doom after all. They cant have fluffy romcom romance.…
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, mine was the one I wrote above, with that being said, I respect yours. This is another opinion of mine, we, most of us anyway, watch this types of shows for the fluffy things, not for the reality of it, at least that's why I am watching them.
If someone were to ask me how I would describe this show I would probably use the words ' a boring waste of time'. The acting was ok, not the best, there were instances where I had to skip because of the annoying crying of her kid brother. The story wasn't anything to write home about if there was any to begin with. The main leads had no chemistry with each other.
I haven't finished it yet but damn - there is no chemistry between the main leads. I'm actually more excited so…
I feel this comment! These were my thoughts exactly, there isn't any spark between them, it feels forced. The 2nd couple makes this show still compelling for me.
Except for one drama I've watched them all , but all I can say is that all these ' bad guys ' are just perfect for their roles even if sometimes they are a bit cleche'ish and boring .
As Sunflower63 and others have said the first part of the drama was nice and somewhat unique , but the second part felt like I was watching One Piece ( anime ) half the episodes were just showing us their facial expressions over and over again , I dare say that the last 5 episodes were quite boring and predictable so I just fast forwarded them .
In any case this could've been better if it were shorter in episode number I mean .
It would've been a nice twist if he and the prosecutor ended together , that would've made me smile for some reason , you got to admit there was something there :) .
If Joo Won dude won't get any rewards from this the korean drama industry should dissapear , he was to good to be true , his acting was A Class at least .
Moon Chae Won was good , but her role in this wasn't so great , she was briliant in Inocennt Man , for that she is my fav actress .
Overall this was good , boring at times , but good nontheless .
Tbh , when i read the title of this drama my first impression was that this was something about vampires , master and sun ( now you can laugh ) in the same sentence it gets your mind going , but when i read the plot line and saw that it was about ghosts i had doubts about watching it , but i am glad i didn't follow my intuition this time because i was able to watch this drama :) .
From 1 to 10 , this drama deserves an 9 . I will be honest i didn't watch this kind of TV show a lot , but from the begining to the end this kept me on the edge of my chair or bed :D .

Loved her role in Innocent Man .
Plus the last episode was damn to predictable , for that i will give this drama a 9 :) .
