She planted doubt in him about his lover... made him spy on her to confirm this doubt... sent a man to seduce his lover as test and when she failed in the test she punished her through him... then she reversed the roles and sent a woman to seduce the man and make him neglect his lover... and also when he failed then she punished him through her as well... and in the end they become together as he wanted but in a life from hell ..
So, honestly, I don't agree with you at all in putting all the blame on them for this... yes they done mistakes but who don't!? we are humans.. Just imagine if he hadn't gone to the agency... Things would have gone better for them and no one would have cheated ... Or they might have break up and each of them would have found someone who deserved them without one of them losing an eye or a leg... This would definitely have been better than what happened to them because of this agency ...
so most of blame will be on that agency and that woman or that (devil) himself
