Wow, thank you for that. This definitely encourages me to watch this series. I don't mind if the romance is kind of hidden or doesn't have much screen time, and I don't need love-scenes, I just need the love to exist in the drama as weird as that sounds. :D Thanks again.

This was one of my first lakorns years ago, and I still love it, and have rewatched it many times. The plotholes, stupid storyline, character's random idiocy... everything I can overlook when the actors are this awesome. And against popular opinion, main girl's crying was heartbreaking to me. I like crying scenes where actors go all out and boy, did she do that. Not only the love story, but I loved also the relationship between sister and brother.

I'm guessing the romance is probably not strong in this drama, but could someone tell me if it is there at all?

Great to know. Original does have rape, so I'm glad they excluded that in the new version. I guess I'm one of the few who liked the old version, but it was one of the first lakorns I saw so maybe that's why. :) I will definitely watch this after your comment, thank you very much for the reply.

Sealed With A Kiss is one of the reasons I asked, actually - I think I'm forever traumatized. :'D I tend to skip a lot (bad habit) so I can deal with boring parts. Thank you so much for answering. I do like Hawick Lau so I think I'll give this a chance, thanks again. :)

Is this like the old version? Because in that review it says that the guy is "a kind and understanding man" which he definitely wasn't in the old version. :D So now I want to see this.

In the review it says "Wee begins Raping her" and while I've watched like 50 lakorns and am used to slap&kiss and all that... is it, like... Jam loey ruk type, where he r's her once and feels horrible, or Sawan biang type, keeps raping her and is freaking gleeful about it... Sawan Biang has my 2 favorite actors (Ken & Anne) but I can never watch it again because of that. :( So I really need spoilers about this, pretty please?

Did they hide any romance in the plot? Just a bit, even? I'd like to watch this but I need a lovestory, even if it's one sided/minor sideplot etc. :'D

If you don't mind me asking, where the romance/revenge is concerned, how badly does the male lead treat the leading lady? I'm pretty scared tbh. :D

The plot was so simple that I'd say you wouldn't miss much. (And yeah, my Japanese is pretty much at the "Toire wa doko desu ka?"-level so if I understood enough, I think you would too.)

I love dramas about possessive/crazily jealous male leads. (Yes, feel free to recommend, but take it as a challenge - I've probably seen them all lol.) But in real life, I hate jealous guys. I can't stay for a second in a relationship if he's jealous, so it's funny that it's my favourite plot device. o.O

Oh, okay. I'm just worried since I can't watch series where the girl pursues the guy first, for some reason it's the most cringy thing in a series for me. :'D

Oh my god, I love Criminal minds, and if this casting is true... IT WILL BE FREAKING AWESOME.

I love the female lead. The actress is stunning and funny. I'm gonna watch this for her even if her character is written horribly. :D
