The language the agency uses in that letter may look neutral at first, but pay attention to HOW they say things. The whole thing has the very hypocritical tone of a parent scolding a child, they are, on purpose, trying to paint her as a child, even though she is a grown woman. The sentence " we earnestly ask the public not to pay excessive attention to this matter and to allow Ms. Zhao Lusi ample space to rest and recover." is the absolute worst, but also the easiest thing to call out, as a reader - it is not subtle how condescending it is. I must mention that I am not familiar with this case nor this actress herself, so I am making this comment as a neutral outsider. (Though at some point I remember reading that an actress got sick and I remember it was this lady.)

I'm only 10 minutes into episode 2 but let me say at this point, I find the ML creepy and he makes me uncomfortable. (His role, not the actor - actor is good.) Dude almost kissed FL while she was unconscious and took her top off - which was, btw, completely unnecessary, she could've happily slept in her clothes.

I am not here to really add anything to the conversation, but absolutely WOW at someone responding to a comment I made 13 years ago. Kinda awesome. :D

I can find ALL the other parts with English subtitles except this one. One site has the movie but unsubbed, and one I thought had it but it was another movie from this series instead of this one. I'm just going to watch it without subtitles at this point.

9/10, for me. Solid acting, interesting plot, grey-scale characters instead of black and white. Hoping to see another season in the future.

I would like to write a novel here, to tell you my thoughts about this movie, but I am tired and it was a very heavy watch. I will say that it was slow, and painful, and interesting, and I loved it. 10/10 for me. I feel haunted but still somehow hopeful, if I were to describe my mood immediately after watching.

There is a short kiss and nothing else.

The male lead in this is the greenest flag of all the green flags. The drama was short, sweet and lovely.

I've seen 2 Thai adaptations of Hua Jai Sila, and now this? Oh I can't wait, the main actor is awesome as well.

Answering my own comment for anyone who may look for this series in the future: I found it with English subtitles, but the name used is "The Controllers" -after I tried that, it was easy to find. (Also, I loved this series. It's very dark though so be warned, and heed the trigger warnings.)

Does anyone know where to watch this? The websites listed A. don't work in my country, B. don't have subtitles and C. are for VIP members only, so I can not watch through any of them. I only saw the first 2 episodes and really want to watch more.

I loved the concept of this show, and the characters. Plot was nice as well. I also don't mind the ending, I find it positive. My only complaint is the length, would've loved to have more episodes.
