I was quite hesitant about this, since series that become very popular and get good comments and reviews somehow always manage to disappoint me, but...
well, 10/10 for me. While I didn't find the storyline spectacularly unique, it was good, but what shined here were the 2 guys is leading roles; with their eyes, gestures, small movements, they managed to portray more emotions in seconds than some dramas do in a whole season.
And, damn it, they actually made me cry once while watching this. That made me give this a 10 instead of a 9.5, that's how rare it is for me.
In the spoiler under this, I've written whether the ending is happy or sad, in case that's a deciding factor for someone.
This was a cute, brainless watch. It even made me laugh out loud many times. 8/10 for entertainment value and easy watching between heavy, long dramas.
I'm going to completely disregard the last episode though, unless there will be a sequel and then I may perhaps acknowledge that it exists. :D
I don't go into series expecting good kisses or amazing chemistry, but damn, once I find a series that has both it'll become an instant favourite - and this one? I haven't felt chemistry like this since TharnType. (Nope, nothing similar about the two series, I'm solely focusing on the chemistry between characters and awesome kiss scenes.)
I gave this a generous 7/10 because of the main couple - after the first few episodes, I got really into them. I enjoyed their later parts immensely, and think they have great chemistry.
BUT.
After certain events, I _completely_ skipped all scenes with the secondary couple. Explanation in spoiler.
Abolutr trash, and side note fl seems to always get casted as a sexual character anyway i am proud i didn't just…
If there is literally 1 (subtly-filmed, non-pornographic) sex scene, then calling the FL a sexual character seems very overboard. Will you say the same about the ML? Not only was he in that same scene but his (gasp) bare upper body was seen as well.
I desperately wish to comment something meaningful, but I watched the last episode literally 3 minutes ago and I'm still speechless. Perhaps later, when my emotions have settled, I'll review this one. But for now, I'll keep it simple: 10/10 for me.
I'm loving the fact that we're getting way more female leads that actually think, do, act, instead of staying still, waiting for a knight in shining armor helplessly. Female protagonists going for blood is shaping up to be a favourite trope of mine.
I'm scared to watch now but I will... just gotta watch something light and mindless before and after. :D
1. Is there actual (physical) cheating, or just him liking another person?
2. Is the ending considered happy?
I've had too many feels lately, so I'd like to know in advance to prepare my poor heart. :'D

I can NOT deal with the rapist/stalker/abuser being hailed as a good guy, getting a happy ending, and rape/assault being normalized/ignored/justified.
