5/5 I love the genre (death games, closed-space mysteries etc.) but this one... it was quite funny, the ways of dying, not scary. Gory, heck yeah, but that's about it.
"...which I don't do that often.." sound pretty sus. 57/831 rated 10, yeah def sus. sorry i just really feel like…
Bwahaha, I'm a watcher that gets so into dramas I like that I want to rate them all 10/10, and then control myself, try to find critique, and go way lower. So 57 is not that often dude, considering that my taste is awesome. :D
I gave this 10/10, which I don't do that often, even with series I really loved watching. I went in expecting mostly blood and gore, and while I did in get a lot of that, I also got stellar acting, plot that got me hooked, and characters with actual depth to them. I truly hope there will be another season, these kinds of apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic character-relied dramas are awesome.
I have no harsh criticism for this drama, but unfortunately, I was thoroughly bored through the whole thing. 6/10, perhaps it just wasn't my thing. It was cute and had action and a pretty solid storyline, but I found it incredibly boring.
hahahaha, what is that about? who are the aunties? what joke? is this about the series?
I'd guess that this refers to the people who seem quite, ahem, scarily fired up about the joke about a "woman on her period". While I didn't find it funny, what I do find funny is how strongly people are reacting to it lol.
Loved the slow introduction of the first episode, and happily waiting for more. Though for me, chemistry between actors is always the most important factor, so whatever happens in the story, I know I'll love it, since to me, no one has chemistry like Gulf and Mew.
Aaaaaand your article certainly made me want to watch this. If (or when) it's fully subbed, I'm gonna watch it later. It's been a while since I watched a good slap&kiss lakorn, should be fun. :D
Thanks! :D I love adaptations too, as much as I love reading, I also love being able to see the story play out…
I read some of the comments and I see many of them don't like your choice because of his looks. I find that a shame, to be honest, since for me Jamie's character has always been about his complexity. But hey, when they casted Sam as Jamie, people were upset about that too and the dude is smoking hot, so I guess there's no pleasing people sometimes. :D
I love the idea, and I love that you used Outlander, which has been my favourite book series for the past 15+ years, and later on I fell in love with the series too. It would be great to see a Korean adaptation. (I absolutely love it when my favourite series/books/movies are remade, I know many people detest them, but I personally really like adaptations.) I wouldn't even know where to begin with the casting, but seeing your choice for Jamie... I can see it, I can actually see it! Yoo Ah In is not someone I'd have personally thought of, but having seen his great acting n a few series, I'd totally go for that. And I love Joo Ji Hoon, and he certainly could pull off Frank/Black Jack. Great article, loved it. Let's hope a deity of some kind takes notes and makes this happen. :D
It tends to get hard to rewatch when a lot of newer dramas are 1 hour 10-20 minutes now. Before each drama was…
Haha, kind of true. But it seems that my taste has always gone with dramas with longer episodes. The difference is that I get fixated on some dramas and can (and have) watched some particular ones 5-15 times, but most I just watch once through even if they're really good.
Got a bit tiring by the end, keeping up with all the things going on, ended up skipping some parts at times, but a pretty solid drama otherwise and I was entertained. Acting was good, plot tried to be twisty, perhaps too much so, but the end left me satisfied and I don't regret watching this. No rewatch value either, but then again, I don't tend to rewatch dramas much anyhow.
I was completely confused while watching this. Absolutely had no idea what the heck was going on. And that is a GREAT thing. I never come across series that are impossible to decipher, when series claim to be the mystery genre I am always disappointed. But this? Heck yeah, I was mystified alright. :D I'm really looking forward to the second season and making up wild theories and being proven wrong at every turn while watching.

1. It says BL - at most, it is bromance.
2. One of the leads dies at the end.
Yeah, so I'll wait. I've learned my lesson over the years. :'D
