Well, the only thing you should do is actually memorize them all :D just keep practicing and it'll be fine :)

Try to find some online books - i have for Korean, but nothing online for Japanese, so I'll look for something as well. You could use a book :D but as for hiragana and katakana, in books it's only the stroke order and probably some explanations about some changes, the rest is on you ^^ fighting!

We had to learn both hiragana and katakana in two weeks when we started our classes, so i didn't even have the time to think how was it :P anyway, i suggest you to practice everyday, because when you don't use something, you forget it. write random words, sentences or anything, just use it :) write it constantly until you memorize it. And if you have sources, read something as well. What books do you use btw?

Haha I'm sure you'll manage it well, after all, you'll probably change a lot in the meantime :)
But thank you :) I hope everything will be well :)
If you happen to need some tips or help with Japanese, just ask ^^ <3

of course, in every joke half is the truth :P in my joke it's more than a half :P I even prepared my dad that I'll bring him Asian son-in-law :P
About that, i have to dig a bit more to find out everything, but it's a great opportunity since is all paid and plus i can choose the field to do my Master studies on :) anyway, i'm year far from all that, who knows what will happen till than :D

I'm studying Japanese language, culture and literature at Faculty of Philology and Korean language is one of my optional subject. But Japanese is my major :) and what do i plan.. hmm, my plans are to apply for master studies scholarship in Korea, study there 3 years after I graduate and then who knows what, probably do some embassy work, but i'm still not sure why :)
It is interesting and there are many scholarships available, so I'm actually hoping to go and stay there - Japan, Korea, it doesn't matter. and get married :P *jokes*

Well, I'm studying Korean as well, as a second language at University and private lessons as well, so combined with that, it's super useful. I always recognize new phrases we learn :P It's always like, oh, i know that, i heard it, and that's pretty amazing feeling :D
