GAH! I watched that too!!! *flails around* It's going to be the longest 10 weeks ever!!!! It's driving me up the wall to not be able to see that, but i know I'll regret watching the episodes that are out, only to have to wait a week between each one!! >.< But it's my baby, Lee Seung Gi, and I miss him!! XD Squirl...I don't think that's a word, but squirm* is, but I do think squirl correctly describes the feeling of watching lee seung gi! :P haha We'll both have to be strong and try our best to hold out until it's completed!
How have you been? Have you started any new dramas?

Hey! Sorry, it's been a busy few days. It's a little late, but you're finally free!! :D Did you party as celebration of taxes being over, or just sleep? haha
I tried starting PP yesterday, but I don't know if I'm really getting into it. I just finished Can You Hear My Heart, which is an AMAZING drama. Omo, it stole my heart (no cheesy pun intended). I can't believe I haven't heard of it before, but it's really good. I think I'll end up rewatching that again before moving on. XD I wish I could explain it...but I think I'd end up giving away a lot just by explaining. @.@ But I'll catch up with PP! What episode are you on?
As for my foot, I ended up getting surgery, but now only that's in a plastic thing like cast and my leg has a brace, so that's a plus. Right now the doctors are watching my foot to make sure the cartilage and ligaments aren't too damaged, which during surgery he said they were healing fine. That's a huge relief because it means (hopefully, if they continue to heal well) that I won't have a limp or permanent damage. So they put in one screw after slightly re-fracturing one of the metatarsal bones. Two of them had healed just fine, so that's also a plus. I guess I'm kind of back at square one with healing time when it comes to my foot, but at least now it will be healing properly, so it won't hurt as much in a week or two. Right now though, I'm not even allowed to move on crutches! haha So I'm homebound once again, and thanking heaven I live in a super small apartment. :P
How have you been?? Have you started anything other than PP?

hahaha At least you have an excuse for your brain malfunctioning! I was just going along, not really thinking thing through with the name either! haha I think too much inactivity of my brain is the problem on my end. :P
I hope you don't have to work tomorrow for the sake of a much needed break, but either way, 5 works for me! :D
Omg, that must have been terrifying for your boyfriend!! I couldn't imagine the fear and just plain horrible conditions so many people had to endure during that time. I'm really glad he was ok though!! I think the closest I've experienced to anything like that was the flood of 1997. I was young, so it wasn't as scary as it could have been, but looking back, it's during those times when you realize just how unprepared the government is until it's already too late. Katrina, of course, was a more blaring example of that. I just remember the government didn't even send in workers for sand bagging until a few days before the cresting (Which is when the water would officially be over the banks) and we even have a military base like fifteen minutes outside of town. After that, they build a Gigantic wall around our city (seriously) to block out the river, complete with the post apocalyptic looking iron gates they put up when winter ends and the river is getting too large!! It's so scary when they're up, I just picture zombies on the other side. haha
Sorry, I got off topic, I'm just glad your bf was safe and is with you now, and I hope you guys don't have to go through something like that again. Hurricanes are just too scary!! At least with flooding, you can prevent a little of it, but how do you prevent a flippin hurricane?? o.o

I really loved how they always stuck together too in AGD! No matter what, they were always there! Even when they didn't agree, and not many friends can just go right along with their friend crashing into their car out of Jealousy. :P Awesome! I couldn't believe he did it!! but he did, and I loved him more for it. haha None of them were even close to perfect. I think I got a little annoyed at the drama between the lawyer and the sister though. Towards the end, it was just..oh come on...really?? I guess it's a huge difference between cultures though. Here that wouldn't be that huge of a deal, or maybe I just don't have a family like that, so it seemed fake. Idk, haha. My other favorite scene was when they all came to the cafe that main female lead was in and threatened the two thug looking guys!! <3 <3 Had me laughing and awwing at the same time!! Again, thank you for making me reconsider it and watch it!! Seriously, I'm really glad I did! :D
I think SUFBB would be worth finishing, because everyone says it's AMAZING and has the best friendship around, but I haven't started it yet, so I get your hesitation. Maybe I'll start that next. I'm kind of floundering on what to start now.
Ally said that 5P.M. is meet time for movie watching tomorrow? I hope that works for you too! :D I think I'll watch some movies that you've seen tonight while deciding which drama to watch. XD I'll see you tomorrow (or tonight I guess XD) darlin! ^.^

I'm just trying not to get my hope up for LMH's new drama until I know more. I'll get too excited and expect too much. XD
And I had The Way They Live confused with a different drama, but as soon as you said Hyun Bin, your comment made SO much more sense. XD I think The Way They Live is even more serious that AGD. AGD was a lot of fun, humor, romance, with drama sprinkled in. TWTL seems more drama with romance and humor sprinkled in. At least the little bit of it I saw. But like you said, Hyun Bin looks SOOO good in it!! XD
I was warring with myself about whether it was Friday or the 15th, because I've been cheering for the 15th all this time, but then I second guessed myself. haha :P It's probably better to sleep and forget the work week from hell when you get home and remind yourself it's only one more day! :D
I'm available any time Saturday as far as I know right now, so whatever time works for you ladies is just fine! :D
I also take back the comment I said about us experiencing all the highs and lows of weather. I have never in my life been through a hurricane or a tropical storm. To be honest, the idea of a hurricane terrifies me! We got 100MPH winds once that knocked over two HUGE pine trees and a freaking Oak tree, and that was and is as close as i'll ever want to get to that madness. I'll keep the blizzards. XD :P

The lawyer guy was my first pick too! :P He has a cute quality about him sometimes. But I just finished AGD and it was actually surprisingly good! I have to eat my own words of objection towards it that I said before! Even if there's not much eye candy, you fall in love with the characters fast, and even the "this is what happens when you get old" thing isn't a huge issue. It's ever present, but not as glaringly as you'd think. And half way through it's barely there. I don't even know how much I laughed during AGD, it was just hilarious and adorable. <3 I'm glad I gave it a shot.
And I'm just glad the rest of That Winter made up for the ending. ^.^
If you start The Way They Live, let me know how it is! It looks really interesting! :D
Is today your last day for taxes??? Are you excited!? I'm excited for you! :P
I always laugh when I hear about towns shutting down for an inch of snow, when we still had school even if we get 3 feet of snow. XD Even saying you've gotten snowed in only works about once a year to get out work, and the rest of the times we just get told we should have prepared for it. XD But I don't think about how scary it is for people that really just don't have experience and don't know how to drive on it. It's probably better to shut things down then, at least safer.
I think I might not be able to make it tonight for movie watching, but Saturday works for me and LD said she might not make it tonight either. :\ But! I will make a list and come prepared for Saturday! I hope you get to relax tonight and let all the stress of taxes go! ^.^

I finished A Gentleman's Dignity! I actually really really liked it! It was hilarious, adorable, and just a blast to watch. The main couple was my favorite, and his son is definitely eye candy! I loved the way her student was in love with her and always stood up for her, and that relationship in general was cute. <3 I didn't like the little sister though, in some scenes I did, but she got really annoying and I honestly think that if they were going to do huge age gap romance, they could have found just a slightly more mature girl. I'm 23 and I wouldn't act like her. But eh. I loved the main girl though, she was adorable and just so..real. haha I could see myself acting exactly the same way as she did in a lot of situations. XD I didn't even realize the eye candy was from CN Blue, which explains the cameo made by shin woo (He'll always be that to me. :P) haha Anyways, enough fangirling! Thank you for suggesting it and making me open my mind to a new kind of drama! It was awesome! <3 <3
I haven't seen Shut Up: Flower Boy Band yet because I know exactly what you're talking about thanks to a MV I saw. T.T I didn't even know the characters and that scene had me crying.
Ally said we should make a list for movies we want to see and go over it when we meet. I'm thinking Saturday will work better for me since I forgot I have an appointment today. I hope that's ok! And how are you doing, now that I've babbled all over your profile. XD

I'm really happy to hear Gu is good so far!! I haven't cracked on Gu Family Book or Nine yet, but Gu is getting harder to put off. XD And yes, I finished That Winter already. It actually took me longer than normal, since I marathon like crazy. I thought it was really good actually. The ending was annoying, but not because I didn't think it was clear he lived, I don't doubt he did, but the reasoning for him just leaving her after everything for a year really didn't make any sense and didn't fit the rest of the story. Not to mention the ending was rushed, like a lot of dramas, and I didn't like how fast she recovered from trying to kill herself. It was like the next day, nothing happened. Other than that, I really enjoyed it, and the OST was AMAZING!! Made me fall in love right away.
I was the exact same during K2H!! I mean, it says it right in the synopsis basically..but it's still so shocking and heartbreaking that it somehow comes across as unexpected. He was my favorite too, such a lovable character. I think you'll start to like Lee Seung Gi's character more once he really starts maturing, he has awesome character growth in K2H. When you finish, or get further along, let me know how you like it! :D

I could only imagine everyone saying the end of the world was here is the coldest it got during winter was 20. O.O I think the coldest it's gotten has been -30 degrees here and the hottest I remember would be like 115 degrees, but that's really rare. It's funny how un-equipped we are in ND to deal with that hot of weather. XD
I picked Who Are You out of the movies LD sent over, so I don't know what the common consensus is for that yet. I think I'm going to go ahead and watch Chilling romance by myself because I'm too excited for it. :P And I finished That Winter last night! Man...I don't even know how I feel about it yet. It wasn't nearly as good as Missing You, but definitely not bad either. The couple is something I think has to been seen, just because they have their own kind of chemistry and the situations are unique because of that. The ending didn't make sense and seemed like a desperate grab to make it as dramatic as possible, so it lost its affect because of that, but over all well worth a watch.
I'm not starting A Gentleman's Dignity, one, because of a promise :P, and two because it's actually pretty good after a few episodes. No eye candy, but it's hilarious and cute. XD
How are you doing today? (Now that I've babbled about myself :P) <3

And guess what?? I just started A Gentleman's Dignity!! And so far...it's actually not as bad as I was preparing myself for. It's really hilarious and often adorable at the same time. The problems they face are different because of age, and while I'm not physically attracted to any of them and there's no eye candy like I'm used to, I'm still really enjoying myself. I think I really like the main female lead. She's adorable and awesome at the same time! I'm only a few episodes in, so I'll keep you updated! (or in better words, I'll keep fangirling to you.:P)

Chilling Romance isn't on Netflix anymore. :( They get rid of shows too fast sometimes. Although, they did extend the time City Hunter was on it, which was awesome. <3
I haven't watched too many movies either. Usually just the ones that are available on Netflix because they're easy to get to. XD And yes, they will be loads funner with you and LD to watch with! :D I think that's how LD and I got through the last episode of BB. XD Complaining and joking about how ridiculous it was, so it wasn't as bad as if I had watched it alone.
It's the heating ducts that are the problem. I guess the apartment owner's kid above us put something in his vent and it's been burning and causing a really funky smell in some of the other apartments. I even baked that kid cookies when he was sick, and this is what he does!! Haha jkjk His parents must be raging angry though, I wonder if they have to pay for all this. O.O
And I use an air conditioner here, and I think most people either have a small window unit at least, or central air. It's because it gets SO HUMID that even when it's only 90, it FEELS like over 100. We get all the extremes of weather here, it's just that we're more well known for our brutal winters. Right now is the melting stage, which means the "Holy crap lets not have another flood like in 1997" stage. XD
Do you guys need heaters in the winter? o.o I guess that might be a silly question, but I have no idea how cold it gets there. O.o; haha And I hope the rental insurance isn't too difficult to get for you guys!

I agree completely about it being good to have that time to digest and mull over what you've just seen while waiting for the next episode. I've always said that's one aspect I miss out on, and maybe I'd enjoy a drama more if I allowed myself a breather, but then my impatience is stronger and I get frustrated. XD But as soon as Nine is out, I will be watching, and I may end up fanglirling to you. :P I'm having trouble not watching Gu either. I'm so excited for it, it might be worth watching it while it's airing. XD
And I'm on episode 5 of That Winter right now! Ah, it's really already heartbreaking, and a lot like Nice Guy, but better in every way. I actually want the male lead to get away with it and succeed, but at the same time I want the female lead to not be fooled. The writers and actors did an amazing job at making ever scene so complicated and intense emotionally, that it's almost hard to watch it all in one sitting. XD

Wah! I'm glad you get to buy them now! :D My favorite manga would have to be...Peach Girl (Because I think this is the first one I've ever read) Basara, Skip Beat, Sensual Phrase, Fruit Baskets, MuriPuri, and Inuyasha. Those are the ones I remember the most or I often re-read. There are a lot more for me too! XD If we find new awesome manga, we should share that with each other every once in a while too! I don't think I ever finished Vampire Knights because it had distribution problems here when I was reading it, and then I forgot about it! >.< I'll have to read that soon! <3
