I and many others has been ignoring those toxic commentors and focus on the drama but TSY fans keep singling out Xu Kai's fans as the culprit. Don't worry, scriptwriter sided with female lead. The male lead was made simping hard and crying all the way and craving for her forgiveness and finally yeay she has the final say and forgave him and all is well again. Do she care about him? Nah, she move on fast and all smiling with the new guy.

You want me to believe that you are not attach to any drama and actor when you use the fandom vocabulary of "Xu Kai fandom behind all the XJ bashing" a truly not attach person wouldn't even care who the actor or actress let alone wanted to pass on edict on fandom. Any disagreement should be related to the drama and characters only like everyone else is doing here but here you are the one who claimed to have no attachment the only one who accused a whole fandom of bashing the actress based on various viewers comments.

Some people just can't separate between criticism on the character and criticism on the actress, they take any criticism on the character as an attack on the actress immediately concluded that these criticism was made by the actors fans on purpose of bashing the actress. Imo both Xu Kai and Tan Songyun did well in their portrayal that draw in audience emotion to this point

Imo the flaw came from the changes that scriptwriter made by making them a college crush, this tone down Han Ting's part of ruthlessness in their relationship it wouldn't be a glaring problem if they change the script during the quarrel but they use the same argument in the novel about the sleeping partner which doesn't make sense how would JX concluded to that nonsense point when Han Ting has been doing everything for her. So this imbalance due to the half-changes half-not from the novel cause majority of the viewers to side with Han Ting. But in the end the main leads carried it well, and we can see some point of logical reconciliation in the future. Because their argument came from the different upbringing and life experience instead of some stupid made up misunderstanding.

Oh so anything bad criticized about the female lead character you are quick to put blame on the whole fandom as bashing the actress. Maybe have a little brain and try to separate between drama characters and the actors or actress. The Ji Xing in novel is not a perfect character and scriptwriter worsen it by changing the earlier setting without adjusting the script behind making Ji xing character has a lot of questionable aspect. Just because viewers criticized the characters doesn't mean they are attacking the actress on purpose. Why not pointing the blame on scriptwriter, because you already have a bias against a certain actor right.

The problem actually is not about she buying the hot search. but the fact that she used two different male leads to boost the hot search by putting her name in front. That is a solid facts, she will do it again because that's how she does her marketing, it's annoying but not the worst thing however it remains fact. What Xu Kai fans and WHD fans did, that's what it called sabotaging the hot search, when other fans promoted their artist in that hot search, the hot search will go down from list because the one who spamming it is not the one paying for it, free ride so when txw post no longer top in the hot search, it goes down, hence we know who buy hot search.
