Eventhough the cut is obvious, I am really loving the 14 episodes I watched so far. Especially how the conflict between Fu Rou and Chumu upon their first meeting. I don't care for CP but both Xu Kai and Li Yitong did very well portraying their role and that is a delight for me. Xu Kai as Sheng Chumu is really a risky character to carry because often in c-dramaland the male lead will always be perfect and if they are not Mr.nice guy then they would be arrogant but secretly love the female lead but still have the perfect character of being able to do everything. Here Sheng Chumu is really good for nothing haha and that makes his character all the more interesting to watch. Fu Rou as well is not your typical female lead character, she doesn't let people bully her but neither she is someone who can predict everything. I love that setting so far is that all characters are just human with flaws. Excited to see the upcoming episodes.
