I’ve been enjoying Chinese dramas a lot more recently over Kdramas. But thanks to Lovely Runner and now this, I’m back into the kdrama grove. They have both brought back the nostalgia for old school dramas I fell in love with.. but with green flag male leads 🙂.

I had no idea the plot would be so deep and emotional just from the title. This was very well written and had me binging in 2 days.

This is worth the hype. Best 2024 drama so far for me!

I’m probably among the minority who enjoyed this remake more than the original. I remember being upset over the ex’s involvement enough to drop kdrama version (so probably not a fair analysis as I didn’t make it to the end).
Absolutely love the bond of friendship between the men. We see so many female centered dramas so this was a nice change.
Not a rewatch but i liked it.

I’ve obviously been missing out on some great Jdramas! This was so enjoyable.
I’ll be on the lookout for more like these 😃.

Playful Xu Kai activated in episode 12 😂. One of my favorite characterization of him ❤️.

This is such a nice drama to curl up with for the weekend. When the pace is like this I’m usually invested to the end as I want to see how their relationship will eventually develop and I’m more appreciative of it. We can see that our FL will influence and change ML’s perspective on many things.

This reminded me of one of my favorite Sandra Brown novels, “Mirror Image” . I think it was well written with a nice twist at the end. FL did a good job expressing both characters. Good for a 1 time watch.

Not gonna lie, even with the convoluted plot I really enjoyed this one. Always helps when male lead is such a hottie! I was in the vibes for a jealous, possessive ML drama and this one fit the bill without him being cruel to her.

Only drama for 2024 that has me bingeing until 5am 😭. I can finally sleep now I’m all caught up with episodes.
Beautifully told story so far with an amazing cast. Didn’t think I would find the King so suitable for this role but he is killing it!

As the year almost comes to an end, I just had to check in and post that this is my favorite drama for 2023. Hidden love comes in second place.
Anxiously awaiting season 2 XOX.

I liked how they played the love triangle and didn’t force a secondary relationship onto the person who didn’t end up with her. Both leads really loved her.

Thanks to Neko for the subs, I watched with no issues. Was in the mood for a spicy Lakorn and this met my expectations. Conflict was draw out and did become repetitive at times but enjoyed it nonetheless.

I’m horrible at keeping interest in ongoing dramas… but rarely a story comes along that’s an exception. This is one of the rare ones. Anxiously waiting for the last two episodes.

I’m home relaxing on my vacation and this gave me the belly full of sweetness I was in the mood for. I’m an old school romantic who never gets tired of a well played handsome CEO falls in love at first sight story.
Oh yes, misunderstanding abound and it certainly was frustrating with lack of proper communication. But u know what.. it lent to keeping me interested for the 36 episodes.
This is my most enjoyable modern drama of Bai Lu, always love her. Well dressed Dylan was the cherry on top.
8.1/10 for me.

The last 8 episodes more than made up for the slow relationship development in the beginning. Truly satisfying ending. Will not be a rewatch for me but no regrets investing my time on this one.

Ohh, that pans out. Because we get just bits and pieces here and there I haven’t been able to really connect with what happened before.
Somehow I felt more connected in Scent of Time.
I’m in it for the long haul tho so guess it’s sufficient to keep me interested.

Somehow I think i would have enjoyed watching her past life more 😂. Seems very eventful and angsty. …. Would not have enjoyed that ending tho… so I’ll satisfy with this life of making amends.
Not losing any sleep over this one but it’s still a good watch.
