So in the novel, he couldn’t feel emotions, and basically a psychopath. But in the drama, it’s not the case at all. I don’t remember if the drama outright said he couldn’t feel or experience pains, but more the fact no one teaches him what’s right and what’s wrong and he only care for whether he will have something to eat or be hungry. He values being able to live above all else, dignity, respect, love, relationship as everyone seems to just trade him for better life/able to continue to live

This drama needs to show that it’s a medical drama by having operation scenes (I’m going to be frank here), however, the attempts are so pretentious 😖 disinfecting the “about to be cut” area, blur vision of the scalper going into the area, then done 🤦♀️ sigh, so bad lol. Whereas OFL, they have loud music over the business talk, which also cheapskate, but understandable because otherwise it’ll be super boring, and it’s already boring when there is actually business talk to highlight the plot line/government priorities lol.
This is how Chinese idol medical drama is lol, no bloody scene, and pretending things happen for operations lol 🤦♀️🤣

It is a bit too long lol. At least in LIS, it was bouncing between the 2 ML, and they have great synergy off each other. Whereas here, it’s the ML and some wooden dude 🤦♀️

Second, why are we so hell bend on the girl must look younger than the boy? Men are naturally always look younger than their ages, you don’t see people complain about that irl. Most of the time, after spending time with the couple, you can see whether they made for each other or not.
