I know we do use drill during emergency, however, it would require 2 persons, one to hold the patient steady, while the other doing slow and accurately. The way she use the drill, and how big that drill bit is (if they have chosen a smaller one, I would have less issue with it). But that whole scene literally look like she’s hacking at a piece of wood than a human skull lol

She won’t die, not for a while. The disease she has, has a life expectancy from 10-30yrs. The drama will possibly end with they will be together doesn’t matter how long she has, they will fight this together. Plus medical advances, drug trials, etc. I’m sure they will give you the longest possible time lol
