I have to say normally idc about the epic battle scenes in xianxia drama, they never that epic, or have any weight in it, nor engaging. Yet this one hit very differently. We barely know Ji Ze and Chu Huang, yet with just 5 mins with them and this battle, and their friendship with MY, really make this epic, and heart pounding!

We already have so much uproar for the bed scene, now Imagine we go through the first part where he gave her a cold shoulder for 100 years, all in a while busy going around find medicines and treasure stuffs to heal TH. No lovely interactions between the two leads and how he gradually falls for her. Then this happens. The drama will lose so many viewers, because they just don’t get this is a story lol. Though in the later part of the dream, it does say he started to fall for her during that 100years, but he decided to shut it off, which is way worse than in the drama
