The first season of Hana Yori Dango? I loved it, more than Boys Over Flowers, that's for sure. I think the only thing that made the Korean version a success is Lee Min Ho.

It's really good, I'm loving it. Strange how even though the storyline is the same, it's so different from the Korean version :)

I know exactly what you mean by saying that about Personal Taste, same here. It had some really good moments (chainsaw!) and then it had some massive eye roll moments. Still, I don't regret watching it either. Could have been so much more though. Pity.

heh, I love her too. This one is one of my favorite anime. I did watch the live action drama, it had it's moments, but it wasn't as good as the anime, imo. How is Personal Taste going for you?

Nah, I don't think that I'll watch the Chinese one too, two versions are enough, there are so many other things to watch. But yeah, I too think that this plot can't get any better than Hana Yori Dango.

You too? Ok then, I will definitely give it a try. It honestly was a pain to watch the first time around - I only made it to the second episode because I was hurting all over. My eyes were hurting because of her haircut. My ears were hurting by the way she was shouting all the time. I got a stomachache by just watching her eat rice for crying out loud...

Yeap, I've decided. Shin Woo is my boy in this version as well :') I'm almost done now, I'm really enjoying this version.

Once I'm done I'll give Boys Over Flowers a shot. I had watched a couple of episodes in the past, but I just couldn't stand the female lead so I dropped it. Now everyone's saying how it gets much better later on. We'll see :x

Will do, will do :) High school Debut was fun, I really liked Yoh's character but Haruna was a bit too weird for my taste. I haven't read the manga, but the movie does have a shoujo manga feeling to it. It was a sweet story overall, I like it ^^

Jeremy is really sweet here. I don't know who is gonna be my favorite yet, in the Japanese version I was rooting for Shin Woo. We'll see ^^

Well, it was nice, but seeing the Korean version now I can tell that the original was much much better. The plot is exactly the same (I haven't noticed any significant differences like in Hana Yori Dango vs Boys Over Flowers) but I think that the cast is much better in this one :)

Hey there :) Yeah, I'm watching You're Beautiful at last. I've already watched the Japanese version so I kept postponing it, but everybody insisted that it is a much watch no matter what. I can see why ^^ I'll let you know how it goes. I think I'm gonna like it more than Ikemen Desu Ne. And I see you are watching Goong. Say hi to Shin Goon from me ^^
