I will say... I really like it.

Don’t get me wrong, Teh can go f himself. Seriously. What a twat.

But as a film? This is brilliant. Bilkin’s acting is just... chefs kiss!!! He’s just so good at playing Teh

This is not the story I wanted, as the sequel to ITSAY. I wanted a “the two of them against the world”, where they were super in love and fighting external problems.

But we got this instead. And now that I’ve accepted it for what it is: it’s a pretty good story.

For people who say Teh is out of character: have you seen Teh in ITSAY??? Lol
He’s still the same childish, impulsive, manipulative, doesnt-care-about-the-consequences of his actions etc.
Like in episode two, how he acted with everyone around him.

Oh on the other hand? What a beautiful angel. He’s growing into a confident, happy, self-assured person with loads of friends and a bright future.

He deserves so much better than teh. I hope they break up forever and that Oh finds someone else to be with. That’s be the best ending for me.

The start of the series was kinda meh for me, but now I’m SO INVESTED!!! I really ship them! They’re so cute together!

And here’s my spoiler comment after watching the whole series:

I wish I could delete all the XingSi/Stalker scenes.

He stalks him, takes pictures of him and collects them, breaks into his house, documents everything he does, attacks people for being friends with him, premeditatively drugs him and rapes him, films the rape and shows it to their father, sends a picture threatening suicide, says the rape was “for the best”, do I really need to go on?

I couldn’t even if I wanted to, because I just skipped all their scenes after the rape.

I LOVE fucked up stories. But this is not how you do it. This was just an one-sided CREEP put together with a beautiful, wholesome man, and we were supposed to like it? Lol no thank you.


As for ChengRen: PERFECTION. Best BL couple ever. All I can complain about them is that I want more of them.

Ok I finally finished the whole series and here’s my verdict.


I don’t say this lightly: LiCheng/MuRen are my favourite BL couple EVER!!!!!

I’m so happy I ignored people saying this series wasn’t good!! Because I LOVED IT!!
This would have been my first time giving a BL series a 10/10....... if it wasn’t for the terrible brother storyline.
I literally skipped the entire brother story. Any time they appeared on screen, I just fast forwarded.

But LiCheng and TengTeng??? Omg!! What a loving, beautiful and GENUINE couple!!! They have THE MOST CHEMISTRY IVE EVER SEEN IN BL EVER. I still can’t believe it!!! They actually act as a couple and there’s no awkwardness. A bunch of little stolen kisses, lingering touches, holding hands, just so LOVING!!!! Also, that NC scene... omg!!!!

I wish the series had only been about them. Then I would easily give it a 10!! I’m gonna miss them so much!!!!!!

And literally the next episode, MuRen is attacked in the EXACT SAME WAY, but just because it’s some random character, we’re suppose to think it’s rape.

I’m only in episode 3(episode5), and I just love Licheng/Muren so much!!! They have such good chemistry! Licheng is such a himbo lmao and Muren can’t hold a poker face near him.

But I hate the brother storyline!! I don’t even care that they’re brothers, but this kid is just fcking annoying lol. He’s annoying, spoiled and a stalker. No thank you. I wish that Xingsi would have a better pair, cause he’s so nice!

Ok now for my spoilery comment.

I honestly was disappointed with how the last 2.5 episodes were handled.

Gene and Sib went trough so much together. They came out super dramatically together. The coming out was beautiful, heartfelt and super realistic. And Gene’s father saying “you’re going to have to be strong, because Sib is already strong.”

And what does Gene do on the FIRST obstacle after that? He gives up on them.
If my SO broke up with me because of my abusive employer, even though both of us come from FILTHY rich families and can afford to get fired... I would seriously never trust them again.

I would keep thinking, wow, so this is who they are when thing ever tough. They just leave and won’t even fight for me.
It would have been so much more satisfying if in the conference Gene had stood up and said “He is my boyfriend. We’re together and I love him.” Or if Sib had done it (if the convo from before handy happened ofc).
I just thought it was such a fucked up thing.


And then fast forward 4 months and...? Nothing is explained? Everyone magically is nice now? Tiffy magically drops Aoey, Bua magically publishes Hin’s novel and apologizes to Gene for everything, Sib magically comes back.

We see none of it. Not the fall out of their choices, not how the change of hearts happened.

Also the way they handled the Twitter scandal wasn’t good either. We don’t see Gene/Sib finding out. It could have been such a powerful moment. Then coming together to decide they were gonna tell the world. Being devastes at seeing the tweets, anything. It just was flat.


Overall I really liked the series and would recommend. Just the ending was not the same quality as the rest.
