If that’s her fear, then why was she angry with PWX in first life. This was literally him. He said in ep 8, he didn’t want to admit he loved her because doing so “it’s giving in to or succumbing to the royal power. It would feel like a form of surrender.” And that’s why he never responded nor denied the QZZ allegations. Same thing LR is doing now, they say her mum taught her power will win where love is so she is not making a decision on PWX, neither is she denying she has a soft spot for SRQ whenever PWX mentions it, nor acting less nostalgic with him (even though she knows how much it bothers PWX). Which is exactly my point above that she is doing the same thing she complained of PWX in the first life.

The main thing that broke them apart was PWX being indecisive of his feelings and having a soft spot for his childhood ‘sweetheart’. Now, she is the one not fully letting him go but not also saying yes, but as well being star struck whenever her childhood sweetheart Su RongQing comes along.

I agree!!! In the beginning SRQ was so meek infront of them only staring and getting sad/drunk. Cause he didn’t know they reincarnated and thought LR has no feelings at all for him. But now he is growing more wings because he keeps seeing a certain longing from LiRong whenever he is there and nothing for PWX so he believes she is the one he likes. And honestly, if you can’t set boundaries when it comes to your spouse, others won’t do it for you
I feel like Su RongQing got reincarnated with them because he died at same time with them. It feels like he poisoned LiRong and himself, cause they showed he drank first from the medicine her brought to her that might have accelerated her death in episode 1 but he claimed it was Pei Wenxuan 🤦♀️

@Twinty I watched the episodes and it reinforces my thought on “he/she is not THAT into you.” Especially the whole explanation PWX gave of how she treats him kind to keep him by the side. The whole mistake is from production and we’ve seen many dramas with grey or complicated characters not wanting to give into love or show they love someone, but the difference is all the viewers can feel how crazy they are about that person with no doubts . It’s def not the case here with LiRong; to make it worse production made her stare at SRQ like she’s completely mesmerised everytime he is there, and like she is ready to dive in for someone scared of love. However, it’s a drama so she will eventually settle with PWX. I love both leads and I will be here to cheer them on when they finally get together but just pointing out plainly what we feel is she likes him but not THAT into him.
@Pks Yep exactly! No matter what he does she always has a soft spot for him and his family. And it’s not bad as SRQ is the kind of dynamic she is into in a relationship as SRH mentioned. But people really insist she never liked him or even remotely attracted by him. Of course she also likes PWX but we can’t remove the fact that SRQ will have more upper hand if he tried
From the vibe I’m seeing I will say SRQ for now. I tried to deny and make excuses for it, but it’s obvious. If Su RongQing tried as hard as PWX and wasn’t giving her hot and cold vibes, I think they would have been together. The way she swept the suspicion of him kil*ing her in the past over the rug is one of the evidence
