From the trailer, Ji Yang still allowed Yin Ya close after what he did?!

I'm thinking what if Yin Ya is not the one that exposed them this time and it's the senior Sect brother who had the ghost encounter with JY? If its still the fox, it doesn't help to have him with them and not dealing with him by now tbh

Ep 10 What I liked -
-  When Elder Zhu said : "Mr Mu, you'd better save your talent for your father's portraits" 😆
- Ji Yang backfiring that thunder, never been more happier. Zhu's is such an as*
- Sect leader and MZT 🔥
- I'm starting to feel the romance, guess it needed them to be in a bit of danger to kick-start

Downsides
- Nan Yan's mum might be in danger, I liked her being in the drama
- The fox, skin him already

I actually had a silly thought. In my mind,they didn't want to show ZLH lift JT from the ground cause that will be quite painful especially as she is meant to be asleep and can't help leapt up when he carries her. So, they showed the rabbits for a sec and then showed us after he has lifted her. So might not signify anything 🤭

Oh OK you meant to type Zhao Liying, cause I was shocked there for a sec. Yep, I think everyone knows that ZLH is def a power house in the industry, especially as he is quite new in the industry but already at same level with some top peeps.
I forgot Lighter & Princess; I didn't see the drama and normally I'm a bit biased in my opinion of youth dramas in high school / college settings, I really don't enjoy nor regard them.
With regards Yang Mi, I'm among those that ppl will stone for this stance, but I have never connected with her acting and always dropped all her dramas. The only top drama was Eternal Love, which was mainly cause of the storyline and a total good cast list. But then, that's just me, others may actually connect with her acting, which is totally fine.

From the list you mentioned, I will just take Liu Xueyi and Luo YunXi, those are on another level; I find it really weird Liu Xueyi was never regarded until recently cause he's like so good.

Reset was indeed on another level, I just loved the difference in the story as opposed to what we normally see in Cdramas, and ZJM nailed the role alongside BJT

OK I have watched episode 9, What I liked -

- How Nan Yan's mum nailed the BGM look and emotion when she was watching them train in the yard
- When JY teased that NY is talented enough to be called evil spirit and she squealed with excitement instead 😆
- Something I've noticed since this drama, the emperor is a flirt
- MZT playing that prank on Yin Ya

Another thing that bothers me is the sound, I really wonder who did the sound engineering for the drama

Actually, the people that did their main breakthrough this year from the list above are Zhang Jingyi and Wang Xingyue. Zhou Ye's breakthrough was in 2023 and it was 🔥back to back dramas. ZJM's breakthrough came since reset drama period

Lol its surprising to put ZLH in same group as Yang Mi; established actors are well known actors for their craft, that has been in the field for long time. ZLH has been in the industry literally same length of time as most of them above i.e - WXY, ZJY, Zhou Ye. Unless you mean a different definition of established?
I miss 2023 cdrama period, cause of so many hit dramas, sadly, only few hits this year 😔

I'm about to watch ep 9 and 10, but from the comments it seems the fox betrayed them again? Urgh will be hard for me to excuse him this time 😫

I just watched ep 8 and I liked it, it had a combination of fight scene, emotional scene in the beginning and friends bonding scene. I don't which is my fave so far between ep 5 and 8

Most importantly, the FL is not a damsel in distress and can stand her own, even with little power. You won't even know when you get poisoned in 2 secs 🔥

LOL, good that the confusion is there, it means he is doing great at that department in acting

Oh great, I actually thought that will make me end up rating the entirety of the drama, as I didn't have the best rating for the whole drama yet

In my opinion, Zhang Linghe gains more fans after every drama of his airs and not just because of Princess Royal and it airing first. People always end up liking his character, cause he's good at making people connect with each character he portrays. Even when he was SML in LBFAD. Agreed there maybe characters people love more, with the main one being Xie Wei. He will also gain more fans and popularity in this alongside JingTian, which is already happening even though the show doesn't have budget nor any promotion like other dramas. But in general we'll see how this drama turns out and if it promises more or ends up giving us less 🙂

How can we rate the episodes? Whenever I finish an episode and rate it in the episode guide, it never reflects. It still shows the same number of users who rated previously and doesn't retain my rating

One of the highlights of this drama for me is whenever Zhang Linghe smiles while looking at the FL. He looks sooo genuine and adorable with that hair when he smiles. I've seen him smile in other dramas but this one has a certain je ne sais quoi

Who do y'll think framed Ji Yang for the disciples death? In the beginning I actually thought it was his master, who was accidentally caught by Ji Yang and he had to think fast. But now I suspect Elder Zhu, his dedication in hunting the ML is suspicious

In the first scenes of episode 6, I was surprised on why Ji Yang is laughing like a clown and eating so much, then I found its Yin Ya. Such a cunning fox indeed 😆
