There seems to be no BL, but friendship. Puen and Singha seem to have a very deep friendship that eventually made its way to Than as he became the setter for Puen.

Even if there is no BL Puen and Singha had/ have a very close relationship as friends. It was Singha that got Puen into volleyball by that accident. It was also amazing that Singha was calling Puen that night :(

Even if they are not BL it set up their friendship/ perceived betrayal nicely to support the series. It even works well into the rivalry between him and Than. Could they not have retired no. 13?

Ep.1 was amazing. Set up the story well. Introduced the characters and a little background to carry the series. Well done!

Exactly! Waterboyy focused on interpersonal relationships without a plot forming. Coming to the end we now start to get some semblance of a plot. SD started strong, formed the plot while introducing the characters.

Loving the way Jutgang and Panghom really act like bro and sis.
Earth and Ice also adopted Chut and Pang as uncle and aunt. They show alot of respect for them. The family dynamic is so great! The actors have amazing chemistry too!

Love these set-up. They have so much to go on as the story progresses. So many issues to draw upon to make episodes.

I was expecting it to be worst! Same sport theme, same type of characters.
