Exactly! Waterboyy focused on interpersonal relationships without a plot forming. Coming to the end we now start to get some semblance of a plot. SD started strong, formed the plot while introducing the characters.

Loving the way Jutgang and Panghom really act like bro and sis.
Earth and Ice also adopted Chut and Pang as uncle and aunt. They show alot of respect for them. The family dynamic is so great! The actors have amazing chemistry too!

Love these set-up. They have so much to go on as the story progresses. So many issues to draw upon to make episodes.

We all knew Jean was a player from Season 1...

Tan and Fing. Whatever happened to them? I mean Tee moved out of his home. Very convenient to get Tan out of the picture. I think he sighted family problems? Was that ever discussed in the show? And this new fling Fing seems to have been picking up. Was that also forgotten?

What is amazing is how they get the dynamics right. The writers have to be family psychologists!
