"Can you have too much flirting in a romance"....not a chance! I really enjoy cheesy romance with a huge dash of of spice! By the way, I really like your "Let's Get Vertical" list. Ever thought of creating a list of "Nice and Spicy" list? These types of dramas are bit difficult to find, but if you have any recommendations, I would love to hear them.

Well, I gave it a watch and learned that there is a distinct difference from the 🚩ML intense character I tend to enjoy watching and a possessive psycho. I watched it all the way through and yes, I liked that the FL took back her power back, but not entirely onboard with marrying someone who says that if you die, they will swallow your ashes", just so they can always possess you. 😧 The drama did provide a large slice 🍰 of hot and spicy, but also shoved the whole cake in your mouth whether you wanted it or not. 🎂

Can't get past the clothing and wig of the FL....who decided that was a good look?

I am greedy and want it all....story, characters and lots of spice!

Ahhh.....another Dai Gao Zheng fan. I swear that man could melt snow with his steamy gaze in the middle of a snow storm. 👀💗 I have not see this drama yet, but if it as spicy as you say, I am all in!

I am at episode 25 and am mostly staying for the chemistry between the leads, but your review has some very good points.

I was on the fence about starting this drama, as the summary reads like the FL is just one of many females in the household. But your review has made me want to give it a try. Happy ending? Any love triangles?

What moment convinced you that every sacrifice in Jiu Ling's battles was absolutely worth it? When she started banging on that drum! That was a pivotal scene in the drama and really stood for her determination to do the right thing at any cost! I really liked that drama great deal.

I don't usually do Xianxia dramas, as I in general find them confusing. But so far, I have watched the first three episodes of this drama and I am hooked! I get frustrated trying to find drama's that actually keep my attention, but this one is doing that. It is also ascetically pleasing , cute, funny, strong female lead and suspenseful!
