I love crime genre (especially those with sci-fi motives) and the cast but I dropped this one. Weak scripts with pointless action scenes, frustrating dialogue, unlikable characters acting like a bunch of stupit, stereotypical angsty teenengers (while in their 30s). Intrigue feels completely pointless and without any stakes or value. I haven't been this disappointed since ''Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter"....

Jung Ho Young is definitely not the killer - in the ep 4 you can see that there are seven dots on the "newest" victim, and yet it is later shown, that Ho Young was accused of murder 2 years earlier (and Ho Young admited he did it). So him being a "dots killer"... It just doesn't add up.
And I think that the killer is a time traveller as well, thats why the police couldn't find him and he didin't commit more murders in the last 30 years.
