Apologizing first doesn't mean someone is at fault. He can't rant like her on social media telling explixit and private things. I agree, this was also one of the issues where people overreacted. But I think these 2 cases are different.
The person who revealed these, had proofs i.e chats of her( which is really none of our business) and moreover the KSH'S ex backed out after 2 days which makes it hard to only believe her. And moreover, SYJ was also accused as a bully which made it even more worse for her. I guess a total of 4 controversies came at that time, which really affected her image and it shouldn't do so.
