If you look at the ratings then I think it falls under same categories as Vincenzo and Hostpital Playlist. But I believe there is nothing like categories but preferences. For example I don't prefer med dramas so hospital playlist doesn't fall under any of the categories for me. And Hometown cha cha is a very heart-warming and refreshing drama with mature characters and good storyline. So if you prefer rom-com and something light to watch you should definitely go for it!
