Ultimately, the students prove themselves in competitions, sports meets, and year-end assessments, while Wen Xinghe also develops feelings for Li Wen and considers staying on.
Felt this was a cute but very hand-wavy story. There are SOOOO many things that are just pushed aside and never explained that you have to really 'just go with it'. Not a bad watch if you can turn off your brain and have a show never explain why a mother hates her own children and previously abused them while the husband would dissappear for 3 months at a time 'hunting' only to come back with a couple rabbits... 😅🤦♀️
All versions of this script, while the basis is always similar, end up being different in their own ways. Most mix up the end villians and all endings are different. If you watch one and like the overall premise between ML/FL the others are worth a watch. This version is cartoonishly comical at times and might be my favorite because of the absurdities. For instance don't expect the leads to look like the poster... the female lead literally has drawn on mountains as her eyebrows 🤣.

The FL in this version was both better AND worse... I just personally didn't understand how she felt that EVERYTHING two people of the opposite sex would do alone was humiliating and/or bullying. She was professing she liked him but he'd go to kiss her and get slapped for humiliating her 🤦♀️.
