With AJTL the deaths had "purpose" and emotional impact. Here it just felt like they were just killing off characters "just cause" we don't even SEE the one guy from that village (Wei I think?) die, just the aftermath. And the random soldiers... if felt like they introduced a group of soldiers JUST to die 5 minutes later. It had me laughing rather than sad. 😅

I haven't finished it (just finished 27) but so far last arc has just made no sense. And that's not me coming from a "another show is better" standpoint or even a "I wish he were a red flag more than 3 eps" standpoint because I'm not one of those people 😅 This is from a timeline, story-telling standpoint where they even had to make the audience assured that it HAD only been a month with the baby letter where she had felt the baby kick and had a baby bump at only pregnant 1 month (most people don't even know that soon 🤣)
