Looks like he is destined to get obsessed over Ha Na. It was “Ha Na” who technically convinced him to continue…
based off this entire thread line of comments, to me it seems like he was rather salty and got furious for getting "forgotten" by "Ha-Na" because of all that cheering up and relationship build up was done by Ha-Ru, and thus snowballed into what it was today
Nice music, but why do they use for some parts Japanese music? Do they target especially that audience?
it does feel so at a lot of parts, for one thing, Yoon Ha Ru, the second male protagonist (the twin bro), haru is typically a japanese name, even though it can be used as a Korean name. as well as Yoon Ha Na, Hana means "one" in korean but it also works as a Japanese name that means "flower".
Edit: i just saw the MAL page, it literally says it's a co-production and has Japan xD
whats with this guy being an idol and his love being taken by her boss
classic second lead syndrome + he is still immensely "young" in the industry, so I think this was an excellent way of gaining fans, i see both this work and MBMB similar to what Hwang In-Youp gained from True Beauty, the boom from gaining fans' love and sympathy from a "pitiful second male lead simply chasing their first love" sort of role.
high key, Cha Woo Min is Netflix's next favorite child xD i remember everyone back during the netflix kdrama high, media say Song Kang was Netflix's favorite child,
bro i feel like he needs to be a sml or a support character in a popular Netflix K-Drama, for him to gain at least some global traction or attention. I wanna see him again ever since his role in Queen of Mystery ㅠㅠ
He surely knows what would suit him cause both PC and Solo Leveling are top notch dramas! Solo Leveling has so…
i agree, if Netflix can put the same insane amount of effort and budget like they did for One Piece adaptation, then Solo Leveling will be blown up just as much and if not, maybe even more ~~
to answer your second part / question, it's something related to Korean Culture, it's because the 2FL is working…
it was implied she was older in that flashback when she had her first date with him, he was clumsy and made a confession with a single rose he pulled from his backpack, she was monologuing to herself how she looked back on it that even though he was lame "nerdy" she felt calm because he wasn't so uptight and thought he gave her stability or rather didn't have to worry because he wasn't drop dead gorgeous so she could live a rather ideal harmony relationship because >if< she worked hard to keep up the relationship she thought they could live "forever and ever" sort of mindset, but it came crashing all down of course when that break up happened.
and in that surfing episode when she met up with him and his new girlfriend didn't she say she was 2 years older than him?
Western shows - yes. Riverdale, Cobra Kai, Gossip Girl, The Summer I Turned Pretty, XO Kitty, famously the Twilight…
and "My Life with the Walter Boys" I believe is another huge love triangle success Netflix show kek @eli but replying here to chime in to the list Vivi gave
How old are they supposed to be? Unless the drama specifies in the story I go by actors age and I find it weird…
to answer your second part / question, it's something related to Korean Culture, it's because the 2FL is working a stable office job and is simply "older", so in her eyes, the surfer dude who is a "free will dude" is a kid because he doesn't have a stable life and is very carefree and playful. it might also be due to part of her insecurities or just because she lived through a 7 year relationship with the ex who was younger than her so that could also be part of the reason...
is it js me why does the ending scene of the latest episode (epi 6) seem...oddly arranged? Idk, it felt like they…
I think it's due to Kang Si-Woo being afraid or insecure (?) of making the first move, because he is a divorced man so that's seen something of a burden or a flaw on his part, and doesn;t wish for that to affect Ji-Yoon whether it being her work life or social life, since you know how Korea is, it's juicy gossip whether we like it or not... ;; and we see Kang Si-Woo as a, very calculating type aka numbers and figures dude, he isn't very expressive or good at it
Edit: i just saw the MAL page, it literally says it's a co-production and has Japan xD
i think its Cha Woo Min now x)
and in that surfing episode when she met up with him and his new girlfriend didn't she say she was 2 years older than him?
