it does feel Netflix coded in terms of the intense scenes such as the underground boxing, drug trafficking and race car action, but at the same time not Netflix because of the absurd amount of censorship lulz

not to offend anyone, but one reason I can think of why he is immensely popular with Koreans or his unique allure/charisma is due to his fashion tastes might align with Koreans or due to his monolids since I think double eyelids is like, more "common"(?) with Chinese people (?), im not sure what the correct word would be but if you get my drift that would be excellent xD

I think Jin Zhao always had special feelings for Mumu, whether it's romantic or not, because he stated himself to San Lai when they were doing the bro talk, she didn't have to try so hard to get his attention or enter his heart since she was always there from the beginning. And as he reminiscence their past when he sat on the chair and did a self narration, of how Mumu stayed the same in some ways and what parts were different, but at the core of everything it was the Mumu he still knew. But I think he was hesitant to start anything in case she didn't see him in that way and if it was pure admiration of him being the "older brother" figure, that's why we get so many scenes of him getting in close proximity and him asking "did you want to start something?" or "are you hoping for something else?"
as for Mumu, I don't think her feelings started as intense as Jin Zhao since he yearned before her, she just simply wanted to meet up with him again after the long years of separation because the Mother was the huge one obstacle that basically tore them apart for 6 years and she never let her meet him, and she was the one who kept telling Jin Zhao to stay away from her, She was confused why he changed so much, outer appearance wise such as the dangerous life of living on the edge car racing, boxing, after high school instead of continuing education he did whatever he could to earn money. She wanted to understand him.
I personally think her feelings started to trickle or her heart felt little ripples when Jin Zhao fixed the shower head and his abs were revealed to her as she stared at him and observed him, I don't think she understood her own feelings quite yet and is still in the in-between phase of what her brother meant to her. This part I think was the physical changes she has come to notice, and then as they keep hanging out she would note of what parts of him still stayed the same, such as him being still warm hearted, caring, and such. He would remember her favorite fruit of strawberries and we would get flashbacks of what connections she would keep finding between her and him.

i for one think mumu knew he kissed her in secret cuz when Jin Zhao took her home after the drunk kiss, and he put her to bed, she opened her eyes hazily, put her finger to his lips, then proceeded to squeeze his face and she made a pucker / kissy face and smiled and went back to snoozing, i interpreted that as her knowing he kissed her.
The scene of "when" he secret kissed her was I believe EP.11, around 14:00 mark, Mumu was sleepily saying she prepared him a gift and hopes he would like it, and he said softly he would love anything she gives him.
Guys do you remember them saying to each other "i love you " or have i missed something
Mumu said it during the "Reunion" arc, specifically EP.25, where she made a return statement to Jin Zhao who said "the sun and moon are always on the other side of each other and will never cross", she said her heartfelt confession where she took him to a specific location of the Observatory, where there are rare moments, the Moon can be seen in the Sky when the Sun is still in the sky as well, and says the return statement of how, the moon and sun are always parallel to each other, but they can eclipse and be together, i don't remember the exact words but yes there are moments in real life we can see the moon in the sky when the sun hasn't gone down yet so xD
but as for Jin Zhao unfortunately he never said it directly like her, as it was cut out reeeeeee

EP.4, unfortunately for us he doesn't reveal his birthday, Jiang Mu's father just says in a flashback let's make Jiang Mu's bday Jin Zhao's birthday date as well, so they can always celebrate it together
