Tbh !! I don't know what is the main scheme? This show is romance centric so when it comes to that I can understand…
About palace politics . I find this less thought provoking so fails to enjoy. I don't think hwi actually wants any revenge. She just desires a peaceful life. She isa good king but considering it's a historical drama and she is a woman so this is not her right place . Her efforts look meaningless and useless to me . She is there because destiny has caged her there. She keeps high thoughts. Wants to change the society but how? How long she thinks she would be able to keep her secret safe. If she actually wanted to become a king then she would hv come up with better ideas . She should hv taken a woman on her side (by hook or by crook) first and then marry her. At the end She will be shown either escaped or killed . I would be surpri sed if writer shows her on the throne despite being a woman.

Yeah!! We can easily understand why hwi fell for jiwoon . She knows him so well . Aware of the fact that this is same person who loved her as dami and now love her as hwi as well but when it comes to jiwoon . We are not sure about the reason of him falling for hwi. He loved dami. She made her a better person. He changed his life style and adopted Dami"s idea of life. He wanted to protect her but couldn't now he feels that attraction towards hwi so that fear of not being able to protect his love overpowers. He wants to stay close to the one he loves. He shows his affection. Apparently He went back to his father to protect hwi . In episode 15 we see him doubting his father. He fears that like before , He would lose his love this time too. I agree it frustrates sometimes knowing he still doesn't know hwi is dami as this very fact questions his love for hwi. I would appreciate if writer answers these questions in last four episodes.
I agree this part had potential to be great but so far ep 15, it is a non starter. Worse, Ji Un just crawled back…
When it comes to jiwoon the writer has not given much answers to us . Don't know whether it's intentional or writer is being lazy but we don't know actually why jiwoon preferred to go back to his father . He didn't answer when was asked about this thing in episode. Four episodes are left so I believe these things will be answered. But I really enjoy watching jiwoon and his father's scenes together. It's good when we witness the weaknesses and fragile sides of such dark characters.
Do you think she can handle the truth? I agree no one deserves to be left in dark but I think she is quite immature…
I believe. She isn't in love . She is just attracted towards hwi as she is his wife. the little bit we have got about her is that she is quite pampered and can't foresight dangers. Yes she is pure hearted and will be devastated when comes to know the truth. It's her misfortune that she was chosen to be the queen . That naive girl just want a loving husband and a happy married life but I can't imagine her doing plotting and planning.
I am feeling sorry for a queen, she doesn't deserve to be in dark about the king's real identity. I am not liking…
Do you think she can handle the truth? I agree no one deserves to be left in dark but I think she is quite immature yet. She wouldn't be able to keep hwi secret safe.
They don't want people to watch this drama.......or don't want this drama to gain fame or they have problem as…
Don't feel bad!! It's okay . There is nothing in this world which can be loved by all. I can understand few opinions look biased but most of them are saying what they feel. There are some who are not liking this show but there are some who are enjoying it too. Try to focus on them . If you are enjoying this show then it's good . At the end only yours opinion should matter to you :) P.s: hope I don't sound preachy lol
I am stuck at ep 15. Can't find any interest in the ML anymore. The guy has become so bland and annoying with…
Tbh !! I don't know what is the main scheme? This show is romance centric so when it comes to that I can understand male and female lead characters but if you are addressing the palace politics then I would say none of the character is contributing enough. Jiwoon's less involvement is still understandable as neither he owns any high position in the palace nor he is aware of the truth . I agree that character had much more to offer than just being a lover but the same goes to hwi/ dami and hyun. That's why I am interested in their love story more than other things going on here
Hwi's life was deprived of love. She was living a life where no one could give her a hug or showed affection towards her/him . Jiwoon was the first person who broke the walls she had made around her . No doubt hyun really loves hwi but he failed to comfort hwi. Jiwoon gave her that affection she always longed for. Jiwoon is the only person who knew dami and loved her so these are reasons of hwi falling for jiwoon. Though jiwoon is unaware yet I believe the reason of him falling for hwi is dami. He sees dami in hwi hence has an urge to protect hwi . He couldn't protect dami but now doesn't want history to repeat so wants to protect hwi now . I am very much invested in their love story . Tbh the palace politics doesn't intrigue me in this one . I am watching it solely for their love story.
Either jiwoon has already found out that she is dami or gonna find it by himself in upcoming episode. I would hv loved it if he had tried to connect the dots right after the revelation but kinda understand he had so many other things to deal with . Plot is getting more interesting and TBH I felt bad for noh ha kyung. She seems so naive and happy in the preview.
I think the flashbacks were part of hwi/ dami's memory not jiwoon's . I can't believe he didn't find any resemblance…
It's convenient for us to see dami ( a woman) in hwi ( a man) as we know the plot . But jiwoon thinks CP is a man so even if he finds resemblance between CP and the woman he met in woods he still can't questions someone's gender .
The father has obviously better sword skills than the son...
Yeah !! I enjoy the frustration on his face when jiwoon comes in his ways. He can easily defeat jiwoon in swordmanship but jiwoon still has upper hand as his father cares for him alot.
I think he's gonna realize the Crown Prince is a girl and have flashbacks like he did in ep 12 and then realize…
Even though I believe his character is beyond redemption yet I would love if this happens . I believe he knows deep inside that he is on a wrong path. His son and his wife are good humans . He loves them immensely so there are chances of him taking the right side because of them and sacrifices his life in the end.
