I would love to see Go Yu Jung as female lead of season 2. I definitely love Jung so min but tbvh here "naksu " is the real star. If story needs go yu Jung then I would accept her whole heartedly. She is doing a great job in season 1 . They would either focus on naksu early life in season 2 or she may return in her actual body in season 2. It would be thrilling in both ways !!
Episode 9 was the best so far. I don't feel any chemistry between the leads in this show and it's strange as this show is a lot about the leads sharing their feelings. That scene between the male lead and his father was very well executed and I could totally understand the state of both of them so far I can relate more with male lead than female lead. I usually drop a series when leads chemistry doesn't click me but here I didn't . I still continued this one and will keep watching it . The moment male lead said " sometimes questions are more important than answers" my heart just sank.
My take is Jang Wook fell for Naksu since Naksu is the “active” soul now.
This will be very confusing since we believe there are two souls in a body. Mudeok will fall for Uk , Naksu will forever have feelings for Seo yul and Uk will fall for Naksu. And there is a possibility of CP generating feelings for mudeok lol

actually I doubted her yesterday. At time moment all that she wants is her power back. For this Shee doesn't hestitate to put her's and Jang uk's life in danger. She knew practicing tansu could be life threatening for jang uk still she wanted him to continue learning it. She believes death is better than living a miserable life.
Naksu is not like the way we seeing her with Jang uk. She was a deadly assassin before who wants to take revenge from the four families. She is right now in a situation where things are not in her control. She is witty and manipulative. She knew that Jang uk needs motivation so she refused SEO yul right away when he offered to take her on the top of the tree. Her feelings for Jang uk will strengthen with time and she will start caring for him actually but at this moment we don't know how is Naksu actually. From her past glimpses she seems like a serious, mature girl who doesn't like to talk much but as mudeok she is carrying a totally different personality.

Jang Uk and Mu deok relationship is very meaningful and deep. Where Yul's past with Naksu doesn't seem deep as of now. Naksu might hv a special place of SEO yul in her heart as he was the only person who treated her like a friend in her childhood. Also mudeok/Naksu has good control on her mind. Her aim at this moment is to get her powers back so she seems to avoid her feelings for SEO yul as of now. I agree mudeok has good chemistry with CP !!
