Omgg I’m so sorry for my late response. I’m sure you already have the answer by now but I didn’t want you to feel like I purposely ignored you . The second couple’s story wasn’t really in the first 7 episodes. They only slightly hinted at it
I just binge watched the 3 episodes that have aired and honestly I’m glad I did before coming to read the comments here .
Some of you guys are just being straight up mean . The drama isn’t as bad as y’all are painting it to be . Yes the acting isn’t all that great but I think it’s still okay .
I like both leads and I like how the plot isn’t just centered on them being fwb. I personally always have a soft spot for characters with traumas . I do feel like 8 episodes is too short but it’s fine , let’s see how they wrap it up.

I had to login just to reply your comment. It’s good to see someone else that finds the sl just as annoying as I did . I genuinely didn’t understand how people were getting sl syndrome. I was honestly tired and upset with the fact that they gave the fl and sl that much screen time . I loved how the ml didn’t make such a big deal out of it cause further heartache for us the viewers

In part 1 he didn’t turn a blind eye , he was just too young to fight and naksu told him to leave for old sake if not she would’ve killed him too .
The only time yul truly turned a blind eye was when naksu was weak and living as mudeok . I don’t understand why he wants to kill himself and naksu now because there’s no logical explanation
