I would try to avoid that specific actress as much as possible... if too much screentime... I would just FF on…
Looking at your list I can see that you’re a Jsm fan, funny how you even rated that horrible’playful kiss’ a 10/10. please exit out of here and stop hating on GYJ, she never stole anything away from your favorite actress, avoid her by not mentioning her or coming to her page to spew hate.
Time magazine made the right choice, they have great taste…..LR is also my top 2 of 2024. and they both can take 1 or 2 I don’t mind because I love both equally.
Why are you comparing LND to LR? They are different genres. LR is a fantasy, time travel youth drama about a stan…
Every drama gets compared, especially when the plots have nuances or often drawing on similar themes that makes you feel like you’ve seen it before. here’s a few.
Both were neighbors Their parents bickered The swimming careers ended similarly The time capsule plot was similar
I’d dare to say the writer of LND is a fan of LR. With a sprinkle of QOT cancer plot.

Whoever wants to start an argument because I’ve stated my opinion is welcomed afterall it’s the internet and everyone has an opinion. I have stated mine and that’s it….after watching both I prefer LR, I prefer the couple chemistry, the comedy, the plot, the acting and everything inbetween. I’m hardly ever on this platform to know where the review section is but thanks for pointing that out, I’ll consider that next time.

When LND was airing there was a lot of comparison with LR, I had not seen LR then and I was one of the commenters in LND thread that cursed at people comparing both, like I said I had seen edits and thought the FL was annoying because she kept pursuing the ML on every clip, but now I have watched LR and I am simply stating my preference. And now I can truly see that the people who were angry at the writer for taking some LR elements to add to LND were not lying. I commented over 200 times when I was watching the other drama because I saw it when it was airing, and they’re both not so different when there are elements to compare. I defended LND a lot but now I have seen why the people were comparing and I’m simply stating my opinion, I feel the need to do this because I talked a lot of trash about LR then.
I just finished watching this beautifully written drama, and I want to apologize for ever doubting its success when "LND" was airing; I mistakenly thought it was better. It turns out that "Lovely Runner" is miles ahead. I truly felt the emotions of the characters, and their chemistry was incredible. The writing was exceptional, and the comedy, along with the timing, was top-notch. This is definitely a genuine rom-com, and I’m giving it a 10 out of 10.
Hye Yoon is an amazing actress. Initially, when I saw edits before watching, I thought she was just an annoying female lead. However, after seeing her performance, I've realized how effortlessly she conveys emotions, and her comedic timing is subtle and not overdone, (Perfectly done).
BWS is not only beautiful/handsome, he is incredibly talented; he deserves all the recognition he’s receiving because he’s an amazing actor with a beautiful voice. The OST is fantastic as well.
I loved every bit of this drama, and its rewatch value is A+.
Love Next Door is No. 3 on Netflix Global for it's finale weekend. It's the only weekly episodic drama on the list…
Because the people who don’t like watching weekly episodes are now binge watching it, and there’s also people rewatching because of withdrawal syndrome. either way, LND is a hit, would be close to QOT hours watched soon.
"Love Next Door" is an incredibly heartwarming series that has made me laugh out loud, filled my heart with joy, brought me to tears, and ultimately left me feeling healed. The transition from childhood friends to lovers is beautifully executed, with relatable characters and undeniable chemistry. I couldn't have asked for a better finale. I'll definitely be adding this to my rewatch list. Thank you to the cast for delivering such a realistic yet comforting story! 10/10 🤍🤍
What a beautiful episode! Even with its lovey-dovey moments, this show truly touches my heart and brings me to tears. The rooftop scene between the parents was both poignant and healing.
I’m sad to think about how empty I might feel after tomorrow’s finale. Yet, I’m also grateful for all the emotions I’ve experienced while watching this incredible show.
the acing was amazing & I would not be surprised when the cast get awards.

Best drama for me this year.
