MDL really needs to expand it's blocklist, it's like every other drama I have to decided who to unblock so I can…
Lol! I wish they would increase it to at least 100 people. I've already maxxed mine out and I also keep having to unblock people to make room for people in this comment section. Then I see one of them on here that I unblocked and I'm like, now I remember why I blocked you 🥴 Some people are so aggressive in their dislike that it's just weird. Like dislike it or whatever but why are you trying to convert people to dislike it. Weird.
Also this cs is not it, if some of you want to also read positive opinions reviews and stuff from people who paid…
Oh my god I love the episode discussions on the BL subreddit. The people are very thoughtful and insightful. I freaking loved these episodes even though I was sobbing my eyes out. It's going to be a long week waiting for the last two episodes 😭
They should have done it like that: Ep 1: We see them happy and in a relationship, but Ji Woo is distancing himself…
I also like the flashbacks and think they are very relevant to the story. I think they are meant to show that Ji Woo is not telling the truth. In the present time, Ji Woo has not smiled a single time. He is utterly miserable. He doesn't even crack a smile around the kid. In the flashbacks, he smiles all the time. So him saying he wasn't happy + the flashbacks = something isn't adding up.
I swear the wait is torture! I read a comment somewhere that said no other show has them by the balls like this one and I feel like no truer words have been spoken 😌
I think this is quite a popular theory on Twitter right now. And that it's somehow related to SJ trauma . His…
There's some crazy theories on Twitter for real though. I read one that said that the little girl is Seo Joon's love child and Ji Woo is trying to prevent it from becoming a scandal 😂
oh my god i feel like i've just had the biggest revelation right now im not sure if this is too far fetched or…
I feel like Ji Woo's parents' death and that conversation with the villagers was relevant somehow. I read one theory that the reason Ji Woo left might be because he found out Seo Joon's trauma (fear of glass breaking) was caused by his parents. The villagers made it sound like his parents did something bad. It's plausible because it's very Kdrama-esque. Also, I was in the Ji Woo doesn't have a secret reason camp and after episodes 5 and 6 I'm back in the he does have a secret reason camp.
I was a bit apprehensive reading all the rage against ep 5 and 6 but I ended up really, really loving them. I…
You're not alone. I really liked them too ❤ The first time I watched it I was too frustrated to notice a lot of things. They were rage-inducing episodes that would be great to watch for people with low blood pressure. What did you notice? I'm dying to talk to other people who actually still like this show 😭 Things I noticed or Twitter sleuths noticed/theories: -Obviously the ring under the pillow -How much love he looks at Seo Joon with and huddles into him in the epilogue -When the ex comes up to talk to them and says something about their relationship, Ji Woo immediately looks at Seo Joon with concern -He doesn't want Seo Joon talking to the villagers because he doesn't want him to know something about his past with his parents (theory) -When he is saying all those hateful things to Seo Joon he looks and sounds like he is trying really hard not to cry -Ji Woo purposefully adds "guests" to "I'm waiting for you" because he doesn't want Seo Joon to know he named it for him -I do not for a second think Ji Woo has any feelings for his ex in a romantic way. Seo Joon left before hearing Ji Woo's response to the ex so he will misunderstand. Then after he leaves Ji Woo will say something along the lines of how he loves someone else (Seo Joon)
SJ is kinda super desperate though. Ji Woo must be extraordinary in bed... or great in the kitchen... or both,…
I was thinking the same thing about Ji Woo being gay and when he said he couldn't give something to her, it was that he couldn't give her himself sexually. I think they want audiences to think he still loves her (as evidenced by the comment section), but he is nice to her because he doesn't have feelings for her. He is sleeping (probably) with the ring Seo Joon gave him under his pillow and not the bracelet she gave him after all.
I don't think the ex is going to get in between them either. She doesn't seem like a malicious person, she's actually pretty nice. When she saw Seo Joon looking lonely, she came to keep him company. Doesn't seem like a bad person. I think they are just getting closure for their relationship.
thank you for this comment, I'm exactly on the same page
Yeah, I understand why people hate Ji Woo and but I can't help but feel sad for him. I hope we get to see things from his perspective. He definitely is saying the most hurtful things he can to drive Seo Joon away. His words are very pointed and he knows exactly where it hurts. His actions don't match his words. The way he looked at Seo Joon with so much love as he huddled into him like it was his safe place. Also, sleeping with the ring under his pillow.
I also don't think his conversation with his ex was that bad. I think that his relationship with her is very relevant to understanding his character. I think the conversation they had is about closure, not him still having feelings for her. I'm pretty sure when he said he needed someone else that he was not talking about her. He is nice to her because he doesn't have feelings for her. I'm wondering if when he said he was sorry he couldn't give her something if he meant he couldn't give her himself because he is gay? Like he loved her but couldn't love her in that way... I don't know if a Korean BL would go that route though but this season is full of surprises so who knows?
Oof emotional damage x100 . I was expecting it. I knew it was coming. But it was still really hard to watch. Call me a hopeless romantic but I still want them to have a happy ending 🥺 I want Ji Woo to truly confront what he is battling with internally and for the two of them to come out stronger on the other side.
Ok based on the comments I thought this season was going to bad...but tbh I like it even more than the first season!!…
I love the all the angst, bring it on I say! Maybe I'm a masochist too because I am super excited to see Seo Joon yell at Ji Woo and unleash his anger... even more than I was about the kiss 🙃
I've already rewatched ep4 twice :'). But every time I watch I catch something I missed...there are so many little…
Yes! One thing I've noticed is the first time I watch an episode I tend focus my attention on Seo Joon when there is dialogue because he is just so charismatic that my eyes are naturally drawn to him. Then when I watch again I pay more attention to Ji Woo because he says a lot with his facial expressions that I missed the first time around.
Another thing I wanna address is that I se people saying that the new characters are useless. But HDS literally…
This right here is exactly why I love HDS dramas. So many things are not what they appear and you have to dig a little deeper beyond what's on the surface.
-Obviously the ring under the pillow
-How much love he looks at Seo Joon with and huddles into him in the epilogue
-When the ex comes up to talk to them and says something about their relationship, Ji Woo immediately looks at Seo Joon with concern
-He doesn't want Seo Joon talking to the villagers because he doesn't want him to know something about his past with his parents (theory)
-When he is saying all those hateful things to Seo Joon he looks and sounds like he is trying really hard not to cry
-Ji Woo purposefully adds "guests" to "I'm waiting for you" because he doesn't want Seo Joon to know he named it for him
-I do not for a second think Ji Woo has any feelings for his ex in a romantic way. Seo Joon left before hearing Ji Woo's response to the ex so he will misunderstand. Then after he leaves Ji Woo will say something along the lines of how he loves someone else (Seo Joon)
