i actually love this. does anyone have recs for similar dramas? anything that FEELS similar or where either the…
I think the FL in this is actually in another one where she gets with a celebrity called So I Married an Anti-fan. It's not my favorite but you may like it. Or Touch Your Heart where the FL is the celebrity and the ML is a lawyer.
I was a bundle of nerves the whole time I was watching these two episodes. I have a hunch that Jae Won already blamed himself for his little brother's death and that trauma was exacerbated by the accident with Ji Hyun. My heart is breaking for both of them.
Yes!!! Absolutely love it. It keeps the emotions at the forefront. Agree completely that is creatively intentional.…
I just wanted to come back and say that it was intentional since you seemed to love it as much as me! The creators said, "We also utilized editing techniques that were aggressive and unhinged, further immersing our audience in the emotions and experiences of our characters. By using intrusive camera angles and unexpected cuts, we were able to create a sense of chaos that mirrored the inner turmoil of our characters." Cool little tidbit π
Does anyone else like the editing in this? I feel like it was a creative choice and it's meant to be jarring to throw the viewer off balance in a way and feel like they aren't sure if it's a dream, reality, or a memory. It makes the show feel even more like I'm on an emotional roller coaster.
i just hope after they made love they fell asleep and jaewon saw a nightmare... or else im gonna 0ff myself fr
I don't think he's dead (although I am emotionally preparing myself for a sad ending) since there's still 4 episodes left. That's what I'm telling myself anyway π₯²
Really shows that sometimes one has to ignore the ratings on this site, I'm shocked this has a 7.9 honestly. A…
I love good mature BLs. Those are my cup of tea. One really good one is Life: Love on the Line (Director's Cut). This is a very realistic look into a gay relationship in a conservative country. It is definitely not for the faint of heart though fair warning. His - Koisuru Tsumori Nante Nakatta is also a good one, but it is more of a coming of age one, but it's honestly more mature than a lot of BLs with older characters.
The rating for this is a bit tragic. It's a perfect little web drama BL or otherwise. Good writing, good pacing, great acting, and amazing chemistry. One of the best Korean web dramas hands down.
The actor who plays Ki Tae is one of the best rookie actors I've seen in a K-BL so far. He's so natural. And I…
I was thinking the same about the actor who plays Ki Tae. He is very natural and has so much charisma. He kind of reminds me of the actor Park Seo Joon. Not how he looks but his screen presence and charm. Eddy is one of my new favorite BL leads for sure.
I don't know who is innocent or guilty in this scenario but I would just implore people to stop spreading misinformation about domestic violence. It is a serious allegation and spreading myths and misinformation is extremely harmful to victims of domestic abuse.
"Anyone can be a victim of domestic violence. There is NO "typical victim." Victims of domestic violence come from all walks of life, varying age groups, all backgrounds, all communities, all education levels, all economic levels, all cultures, all ethnicities, all religions, all abilities, and all lifestyles.
Victims of domestic violence do not bring violence upon themselves, they do not always lack self-confidence, nor are they just as abusive as the abuser. Violence in relationships occurs when one person feels entitled to power and control over their partner and chooses to use abuse to gain and maintain that control. In relationships where domestic violence exists, violence is not equal. Even if the victim fights back or instigates violence in an effort to diffuse a situation. There is always one person who is the primary, constant source of power, control, and abuse in the relationship." https://ncadv.org/dynamics-of-abuse
I feel like the rating for this series is utter bullshit, I mean, we all know we have to take the ratings on this…
I agree. This show has good acting, nice chemistry, flows nicely, cute music, it's not boring, and the pacing has been great. Definitely one of the better Korean BLs for sure.
she did plastic surgery okay y'all can stop talking about it nw it's annoying
Also she's one of the VERY few who has openly said she has had work done. At least she's honest about it. In her last drama people were commenting she looked haggard and now they are saying she has had too much work done. Translation: Don't look older or age but also don't get any work done because we also hate that. Just be naturally beautiful and youthful forever π
