So... the happy ending that I thought for this drama is just a dream??? Now I'm really not sure if this drama is going to be a happy ending or not...

Sadly no one wants to look deep into the other characters she acted... The only character she acted 'real' childish is in Ode to Joy... Even in AOL she gets mature quickly...

It's not like Yang Zi doesn't want to act in mature looking dramas... It's just that people doesn't want to accept her as mature woman... Take example of 'Psycologist' where she acted as mature woman but hardly few people accepted her...

Well I think it was her best acting... She was acting a scene where she can't pretend at all... You must be talking about the scene where YD takes care of YY who is pretending to be sick... Unfortunately she doesn't know how to act so her actions looks rough... But later when YY will get injured in real she will be gentle with him... She has to be a spoilt brat, so that her sister gets all the recognition... I don't know why you found it mediocre but it was the best for me...

I think his father is still alive and he will come back later... Since there was a scene that showed Ying Yuan and his father were fighting with each other.

Well, in the book he tells everyone that it was Zhi Xi who saved him and no one would believe Yan Dan... Later she gets framed by Zhi Xi's followers...
