Than you would have known that FL has only said those words from mouth that she doesn't trust the ML and will follow SML to abroad for her father's treatment... But deep in her heart, she still trusts ML that's why she brought her father to the hospital and is now trying to convince her mother... She was angry at ML because of that rude text and photo (misunderstanding), but that didn't cloud her judgement and trust... And about the SML, it is only us who hate him because we know that he is behaving like a creep, but they don't know about it... He was with them for many years so naturally they would believe him... And he still didn't do anything bad to them so of course they would still believe him... And it is true that the medical facilities in abroad is much better than that in Asia... Even though he was able to convince her mother, he wasn't able to fully convince FL because he is not a doctor... It won't be handled by Gu Wei, whome she believes the most.... Rather it would be done by Gao Xi, who is the actual attending doctor of father Lin.... And based on the way she 'treated' her father during his first Chemo... Even I would have trust issues... So she is not being toxic... She is confused rn....

Maybe you liked it... But many people were trolling her because of her teeth... So she had to straighten it up...

Actually in the book it was Shanghai.... That's why I thought it's same in the drama too...

In episode 12, the scene where FL and SML does an viral instrumental duet and ML being so desperate that even that beautiful happy music sounds painful to his ears and heart is greatly portrayed... We can see the pride FL's face when she plays the cello and finally got the recognition she had always wanted... At the same time we can see desperateness and pain in the eyes of the ML... Very well portrayed and directed...
