Don't know why the two different sets of dialogue. Only the director and screenwriter know why they changed the dialogue in the drama to being brother and sister.
As seen in the released drama, the audio doesn't sync with the lips when the kids made the promise to each other....

In reality, the dialogue between the kids in the trailer (marrying each other to remain together forever) is not the same dialogue presented in Episode 1.
In Episode 1, clocked @ 23:42, kid XY to kid CX: As long as I'm your little sister, we will never ever be separated. kid CX replied: Great, you be my little sister forever, and I be your big brother forever. No matter what happens, we'll be together forever.
