I personally no longer chase after TVB dramas for years now but when comes to this show, i literally waited day…
It's also been a long time for me since my last TVB Canton drama. Believe i enjoyed this xianxia drama because it was in Cantonese. I don't think i would have liked it this much if it was in Mandarin ^__^
S1 is by far the most memorable season for me. The cases and killings were impactful and left a long lasting impression, epecially the ending of its season finale. As for S2 and S3, I don't remember a single thing in it. Seems like S4 concept/theme is quite like S1 - dynamic detective vs merciless killers out on gory killings.
can someone please help? Can I just skip to episode 10 or do I need to watch the start?
Hi Brenda, don't know about the others but after checking out Episode #1, i didn't skip a single episode. I'm now at 13 where the two leads finally get acquainted. If you skip to 10, you won't know the background and why and what caused this and that. This drama paces quite well and storyline is much more interesting than Eternal Love of Dream aka Three Lives, Three Worlds: The Pillow Book. Cheers!

yup, do agree with you. Alen Fang's acting is pretty good but seems he hasn't much luck in getting cast as main lead after Love By Hynoptic in which his face is far from looking sad or fragile. Hwaiting Alen Fang!
any idea if the main leads are real life couple? Or perhaps they're very comfortable with each other after two seasons and that's why they've quite a many uninhibited and unreserved kisses.
I couldn't wait for the ending and so browsed the last two chapters of the novel. Very confused by the google translations, but noticed one part from Chapt# 59 that was seen at the end of closing song - bloodied but looking up at the sky with hand blocking the sun's rays!

lol, I started watching this and now caught up… I spend the first four episodes ( sadly there is only 5 so far…
yup, it was quite humorous and love her refreshing ways! But as the series continue, I notice more and more disconnected scenes... Either the director/screenwriter think we viewers will understand what they are projecting or simply bad editing issue.
