From #7 or 8, Lawyer Woo YoungChul is found to be a male with secret desires who's specially nice to female case. So, it won't be surprising that the dead victims were his doings. His detective father Woo JaePil probably knew it and that's why he's always following him on his volunteer trips to keep an eye on him.
